Adorable, nicely furnished 4 bed 2 bath house near the beach. Neighborhood has 2 restaurants, beach store, bar and convenience store. 10-minute drive from the shops and restaurants of Port St. Joe. This is a quiet beach town with a more laid-back style compared to busier Florida panhandle locations. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room. New 2024 golf cart provided, ideal for travel within the neighborhood and to the beach boardwalks. Also includes 2 adult-sized bikes.

Anyone driving the golf cart must be a licensed and insured driver and at least 18 years old. Obey speed limits and drive safely and courteously.
Golf cart can only be used on the roads within Windmark and the designated cart path along the beach. No driving on highway, sand or grass.
Please do not set the AC below 70 degrees, and adjust to 74 when leaving the home for an extended period of time to save wear and tear on the unit.

Beautiful home near great beach!

Perfect home for a larger family to stay. Very easy to access the beach and Windmark pool. Golf cart was fantastic. Lots of beach, chairs, nets, beach toys for kids to play with.

Best beach trip

We just returned today from our stay at Sandy Cheeks. This was our first trip to a Gulf beach and it did not disappoint. The beach access in the neighborhood is quiet and convenient. A quick drive to Cape San Blas offered beaches with clear blue water and waves (the kids loved the waves). Port Saint Joe has lots of cute boutique shops to browse in and Panama City Beach’s Pier Park is only about an hour and 15 mins away. The house was well stocked with everything we could need to be comfortable and more. I strongly suggest adding the golf cart to your accommodation, evening golf cart cruises are the best!

Great getaway home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sam’s place. From the beginning, Sam was a pleasure to talk to and extremely responsive and helpful. The golf cart was a big hit as you can cruise over to the village, pool, and beach access. The community was perfect for our crew and the home had everything we needed. Thank you again Sam for your hospitality and helping us make some memories this year.

Miss it already!

We stayed for spring break and just left today. The house was so clean and everything felt so new and spacious! Even on the one rainy day, we found plenty to do by playing inside. The golf cart is brand new, and very nice. Made getting everywhere fun. Would say it’s a must for getting to the little village center and the beach. Beach was not crowded at *all* - it was unusually cold and windy the latter half of the week, and we had much of it in either direction to ourselves. No clear blue water here, more tea colored, but typical squeaky, sugar-like sand abounds. It’s beautiful. DON’T MISS THE SUNSET! We got some ice cream at Sunrise Café and watched it dip below the horizon. Very nice. Heated pool was great. Port St. Joe is a short drive and has everything you could need from grocery and drug stores to restaurants. Highly recommend the area as well as this specific accommodation.

Clean and Quiet

This was the perfect family stay. The check-in process was very easy. The owner was very nice and accommodating with a quick response time to any questions. The golf cart is a must because it was a short golf cart ride to the beach and there is only golf cart parking allowed at this part of the beach. The community pool is also large and well kept which was wonderful having children in tow. I would definitely rent again.

Vacation rental house

The house was in a very convenient location, central to Mexico Beach and downtown Port St. Joe with a ton of restaurants nearby and two grocery stores. Windmark beach is very close, within walking distance but I recommend renting the golf cart. The house has everything you need, and I mean everything. We brought beach chairs, umbrella’s, beach toys, but that is all included if you don’t bring your own. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. Overall it was a fantastic experience, no downsides whatsoever.

Family, Food, and Fun

Our family enjoyed staying at Sandy Cheeks. It provided ample space for my husband and I and our grown children. We enjoyed being close to all of the food and fun of Windmark.

Spring Break Family Vacation

We loved the house, it was so clean and spacious! The owner Sam was very friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had! The house was brand new and decorated so beautifully. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart for going to the beach, we had so much fun with it!! We will most definitely come back again!!
