You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside of HWY 98. There are no highway to cross to get to the beach.

Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
• 1 king bed
• 1 queen bed
• 2 sets of custom-made twin bunk beds (lower beds close to the floor, upper beds with extra high railings)
• 1 air mattress with pump
• 1 toddler/baby Pack ‘n Play
• 1 folding bed

Mexico Beach is a quaint town with local shops and restaurants, offering a peaceful beach experience away from the crowds. Panama City is just 20 miles away for those seeking entertainment options.

THINGS TO KNOW:
• Our property is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets.
• We value security and have one video doorbell. The camera is facing the street and has no view of the inside the unit nor back patio. The active recording is taking place of the outside in front of our unit.
• The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
• All guests including infants and children must be included in your party size when making a reservation.

OCCUPANCY:
We count every person, no matter their age, towards the total number of
guests allowed in a space. So, if there's 1 adult and 8 kids (even babies),
we've reached our limit. When you book, treat infants aged 0-2 as children
when figuring out the fees. Please include infants in the count of kids to
record occupancy correctly.

Some times, if requested, we accommodate 9 guests with an additional daily fee $25, regardless of age (0-100 years old).

Each year we take our 4 grandchildren on an experience/adventure trip. This was perfect!!! Enough room for everyone, short walk to the beach and everything we could possibly need for our stay.

We had a short but great stay! The unit is very well appointed and the hosts are very easy to contact. Being so close to the beach is a big plus. There is plenty of games and books if you get unlucky with rain

Our family stayed for a week, and we were so blessed! The house easily accommodated our 5 children, my husband and myself. The house had EVERYTHING we needed from toiletries, linens, laundry detergent, and kitchen appliances. Yes, there is a crock pot! There was nothing we needed to bring other than ourselves, beach attire and some food:) We really appreciated the ease with which we could get to the beach. The beach wagon at the house, along with the sand toys made for lots of creative magic on the sand! We did a lot of shell looking and were able to find loads in the ocean. The kids loved body surfing and boogie boarding. We watched Panama City and Port St Joe flag system to know ocean conditions. (since Mexico Beach does not employ a flag system)We definitely plan to be return customers. This is a home for relaxing and truly vacationing. Thank you for sharing it with us.

This was our first trip to Mexico beach. It won’t be our last. This was a great rental. It was close to the beach. And the beach was not overly crowded even during spring break. We were very comfortable during our stay. It had everything we needed and more. There was a good selection of dvds and games for the day that it rained. Marina store and Beach planet were a short walk away. Shell Shack has great fresh seafood and is right across the street. Owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

The most perfect place to stay! We had a great experience with our stay at this home on our spring break. The house was very clean and put together. The location is also perfect. Plus it is super close walk to the beach! Overall amazing experience and would do it again!

The property is just as advertised, no surprises! We had issues with cleaning lasting into our checkin time and Veronica communicated well with us, keeping us updated and allowing us late checkout. The house is well appointed with all the supplies you could want or need while there. Thank you! The home is an easy walk to the beach. Only suggestions would be access to a vacuum. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Could not have asked for a better experience! All the amenities and more. Kitchen fully stocked, fun board games for all ages and plenty of space for a family of 7. Walk to beach was easy--shorter than most resorts we've stayed! Highly recommend!?

We completely enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was in great communication with us leading up to the trip and was very accommodating. The property was clean and beautifully decorated and just felt like home. There’s a very short walk to the beach and the property was in close proximity to a local seafood shop and food trucks. Completely recommend!

Very nice clean townhouse close to the beach. I like that you don’t have to cross 98 to get to the beach. The kitchen had everything you need and some extra supplies in case you forgot something. We were there during the hurricane and she kept us very well updated. She was quick to respond to my questions.

This was our first time to Mexico Beach. We lucked up on finding this townhouse for our stay. The house is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. It was the little things (charcoal for the grill, first aid kit, beach towels, dishes for cooking, and everything working, as it should) that helped make this a great stay. Quiet location with short walk to the beach. Host checked to make sure we were settled. If available, we will book again.

First time to Mexico Beach so not really know where to stay, we hit jack-pot with where we stayed. It was clean, just the right size of condo needed and better yet, didn't have to cross a main busy road to get to the beach. We'll go back for sure. Thanks for being a great hostess!

This property is attractively decorated and in an ideal location with easy access to a lovely beach. It’s roomy with 2.5 bathrooms, a large open floor plan for the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a kid’s room with 4 bunk beds. The property includes a balcony and patio. Also included is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. It met all our needs and we will stay again if we revisit the area. Additionally the host is attentive.

The rental was just as described. Everything was perfect. Close to the beach, local shops and well supplied with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We had a small group of family and friends (5 adults). I actually own a property in MB; however mine was booked. We came down for a weekend fishing trip. The property was extremely clean, and much bigger than the pictures show. We were all comfortable, and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the Marina, and the new Mexico Beach Brewing Company. This property is also a quick walk to the beach. I would stay here again in a second.

Extremely well maintained, clean, quiet, & family friendly! Can’t say enough great things about this spot. Very short walk to the beach & you do NOT have to cross the highway, which is a huge bonus with small kids. In most town homes you hear your neighbors at all hours, but not here! Super quiet and comfortable. Plenty of kid friendly items, which made it feel very homey. Lots of extras in the kitchen, which was super helpful when we cooked meals in. Easy walk to a few shops and a new brewery, which had great food. We look forward to coming back! Big thank you to the host, who made sure we had all the info we needed to have a successful trip.
