"Key punch line: Expensive/pricey hotel with mediocre service at best. If you enjoy top notch service and attention to detail this is not the hotel for you. Employees need training. Couple of things stood out from our stay the first being the hotel knew ahead of time about my milestone birthday and did absolutely nothing. Also, hotel underscored the importance of booking a taxi to and from the airport through them. Paid a premium price. We had a 6 am pick-up to the airport. Hotel forgot to secure...

"We had such an amazing stay at Rosedon. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. It’s also an amazing location if you’re looking for a central area for exploring or relaxing. The restaurants on the property were incredible as well. I loved the atmosphere, decor and service. Would definitely recommend."

Our only criticism is of the concierge services. They helped where they could but lacked knowledge of bus system and with help planning our travel about the island. "The suggestion I would have is to flip the adult pool and the main pool. Too many kids running around screaming. We had two rooms with a very nice sitting areas out side the sliding door however the constant screaming and yelling of kids made them virtually useless. The amenities at the current main pool are tailored more towards adults. Rooms 50 & 56. That would be my main critique. The restaurants served excellent food! Thanks for asking."
