"Cozy hotel in safe location close to downtown yet far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle, and a short walk to the zoo, botanical garden, and Queen's Park. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Beautiful restaurant with superb menu, and its 8th-floor location has a wonderful panoramic view of the city, sea, and surrounding hills. "The location is fairly good to get around Port of Spain with a number of walkable locations you can reach. The staff was great and very helpful. I would probably stay here again if going through POS. "

"Staff was very friendly. The hotel is gated and always had someone available to open/close it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. We didn't use the pool. Property could use some upgrades and renovation."

"Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. "

"The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle...
