    This top floor unit (there is a lift) is perfectly located in the Eastport area, only 200mtrs to Port City Bowling Club and 350mtrs to glorious Town Beach.

    Relax on the north east facing balcony, offering views of nearby bowling greens and Town Beach. Enjoy the pleasant sea breezes and local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. This unit has everything you need, full kitchen, dining area, lounge room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and loungeroom, laundry with washing machine, bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet and even free Wi-Fi. There is security parking for one car.

    The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and there are 2 single beds in the second bedroom, all linen is included.

Central location to everything

Extremely clean. Has everything you need in appliances. Excellent place to stay and relax. Balcony with sea breeze and lovely views. Walking distance to beach cafes and shops. Highly recommend this apartment.

It was a great experience overall and felt like a home away from home.The location was a big highlight for us—everything we needed was nearby, and it made getting around super easy. Whether it was grabbing food, heading out to explore, or just going for a walk, it was all really convenient.The apartment itself was clean and well looked after. Everything was in good shape, and it felt comfortable and cozy the whole time we were there.The management team were also easy to deal with and quick to respond whenever we had a question, which made things stress-free.All up, we had a really nice stay and would definitely come back again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

While older in style, the unit was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped and the living area and balcony bathed in beautiful north eastern winter sunshine.

A secure ,well appointed unit. the living area and balcony were very comfortable The kitchen area was well equipped and had ample crockery and cutlery as well as lots of pots and pans and storage containers. Unfortunately ,the sink was stained and dirty and taps chipped. Taps in the toilet and bathroom need replacing(a single mixer tap unit would be good)Exhaust fans in both the toilet and Bathroom are essential .Lighting in all areas is adequate

Reviewer Comments: A very pleasant and comfortable apartment with a great outdoor balcony to enjoy the mornings with the sunrise.. comfortable beds and the amenities inside were well catered for., including all kitchen utensils etc .Really close to club for entertainment and meals if required. Very short drive to major shopping area if also required.The only small criticism would be that the Hot Water was not Hot , only mildly warm for shower. This was possibly a safety guard in case children got scolded.????????

Reviewer Comments: The apartment was clean and well equipped but the internet was not working for the duration of our stay, although I reported the issue on the day we arrived.The email from Elders confirming our stay, stated very clearly that bed linen was not included and recommended some companies in Port Macquarie that could provide some for us. I hired and paid for linen only to find on arrival that all the beds were already made up and towels were provided by the owner. Whilst hiring unnecessary linen was not a huge amount of money it was an extra cost that I wasn't expecting and in the end wasn't needed. Elders need to look into this so that future guests do not have the same problem.

The unit was perfect for our needs, it was neat and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances of all kinds.The oven and cooktop were very dated but during our stay were measured up to be replaced.The location was perfect with great views of the water and easy access to all the great cafes and restaurants Port Macquarie is renowned for. We basically parked the car and walked everywhere.The unit Managers were extremely helpful and the residents in the unit block were very friendly.We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a break close to the beach.
