Beautiful property on the lake, great location next to county park. The condition and cleanliness were a little concerning. There was a dirty paper towel left on the toilet, cob webs were in every corner. My wife and I cleaned after we arrived and just sweeping the place we had a full dust pan. The flooring was busted up pretty bad so it made sweeping a little tricky. The shower drain was plugged with hair so bad it hardly drains, so I cleaned out the drain. This has been an issue for a while based on the condition of the shower floor. Other than having to clean the place it is a cozy place with a great view.

Lakeside paradise

Perfect! Cabin was quaint, clean, and a view to die for! We loved listening to the water, looking for rocks, and enjoying a nightly fire.

Excellent Property

This cabin met all the needs my sister and I had for our relaxation and fall photography get-away. It was right on the water, super clean, and comfortable. The owners were approachable, very helpful, and easy to work with. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Great place for a waterside getaway. Lighthouse and water views were phenomenal. Make sure to wake up for the sunrise! Easy walk to lighthouse. Close enough to get to good restaurants within 10 min. Loved the cabin. Had all the modern conveniences while still feeling close to nature. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were very kind and responsive to any questions. The place could use a good dusting and bathtub could use a good bleaching which was the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars all around…but that is easily overlooked for the location and everything else felt clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice waterside vacation on Lake Huron.

Absolutely wonderful

Cozy cabin, loved the look as soon as we walked in the door. Super clean...very inviting. Relaxing feeling,everything we expected from the photos. Million dollar view. Definitely coming back.

Rustic oasis

This classic cottage made for a fantastic three-night stay on the shore of Lake Huron. We had all of the amenities that we needed to enjoy wildlife viewing, relaxation, and amazing sunrises. No need for us to add our photos: property photos are accurate.our hosts were friendly and helpful, and never steered us wrong. If we can come back, we will.

Beautiful Rustic, Lakeside Cabin

My son and I wanted to do something different for Thanksgiving and this Lighthouse Cabin on Lake Huron was the perfect setting. We hiked, we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets and viewed the stars. The cabin was so cozy and the views were spectacular. Definitely recommend and can't wait to return!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The views, the sounds of water and nature, the stars, and the quiet. I loved that we could just walk over to the park and see the lighthouse up close. We ate at two of the local restaurants and both were absolutely amazing. The hosts checked in with us and also tried to keep the noise level down while they were replacing a roof on their garage building. They did not disturb the quite at all. Will definitely recommend and return!

With a view like this, you won't skip breakfast at the table

Cozy little cabin with a fantastic view of the lighthouse and lake. The waves at night provide the perfect white noise for a long slumber. Hosts quickly responded to our questions.

Memorial Day 2023

The owners were very friendly and did a great job of communicating before and during our stay. The quick tour upon arrival was helpful, as well. The cabin was clean and cozy with amazing views. Our cabin had a dedicated yard with plenty of room for kids to run and the family to hang out. It was also really nice that each cabin came with its own fire pit and gas grille. All 8 cabins on the property were booked, but the owners made sure everyone was respectful and quiet during the appropriate hours. I'm sure we'll be returning for future stays.

Relaxing, quiet getaway on the lake

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. There is a great area for a fire outside, which is where we spent most of the time while enjoying the view of the lake. The scenery is a great! There is a lighthouse just down the road which adds to the view. The host was great, and greeted us soon after we arrived. I will probably be back next year!
