"Great location and close enough for UW appointment. Very clean, good communication with management, easy in and out. The Fremont district is eclectic with great shops, restaurants, bars. Parking is on-street, but available and free on some streets after 7p and others 8p. You can make it work!"

"I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. "

"Very cozy spot to return to after hours of exploring. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the shops nearby. The easy access to interstate 5 was also a plus. Personally I found the bed and linens very soft and comfortable. Even though the top floor was being rented out, the neighbors upstairs were very quiet and we had 0 issues. Also the little patio outside was very lovely. We would return again, especially for the location and the ability to park our rental car."

"No complaints! This was perfect for a few nights in Seattle prior to a cruise. We rented a car to go back and forth to downtown as it’s about 15 min away. It was cheaper to rent a car than get an Uber each time for 4 people. The host was excellent at communicating and the house was clean. One floor living once up a flight of stairs. "

"My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! "

"this lovely home is comfortable and clean with an absolutely breath taking view and a wonderful host. thank you for everything, jeanine. we were very happy in this serene neighborhood… the quiet mornings on the deck were a highlight. the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great, the house was well-appointed. we didnt use the kitchen for anything other than making tea but it had everything you could imagine needing! i would definitely stay here again. thank you so much! "Only negative to talk about is the bed blanket was a bit rough. Reminded us of a moving blanket. Could have used some paper towels too. Loved the property though. Water front. Owners were very kind when we messaged them. Got locked out of our room, but I believe it's because we extended our stay and the key pad lock wasn't updated to that change. Very comfortable room for two of us. Close to the neighboring rooms, but much better than a hotel! Internet was a little slow so our tv would glitch...
