"Decent hotel for the price and the rooms were clean ,Rachel in the breakfast area was so helptand so was Ali who made sure we were comfortable. The hotel is situated in a residential area which is not the best developed but still hotel seems nice and safe Has a chippy /bar/restaurant and ice cream parlour right next to it in case I come back from Edinburgh early Easy transport options (bus trainand park and ride from near hotel Would recommend for a decent priced hotel away from city . "There is a decent restaurant, which we appreciated as we were tired after a busy vacation. Breakfast was decent, too. The gym was well equipped. Easy walk to the airport. The bathroom had a loud sliding door that didn’t make any sounds, which was annoying. "

"Excellent location, very friendly staff..rooms were modern, clean and well kept. LOVED this hotel. We had the BEST valet services who went above and beyond in guiding us and taking care of us. AND the hotel smells GREAT all the time. Right on Victoria Street , a few blocks from the castle and all of city center...the location is perfect."

"Stylish, central property with very friendly staff and great decor! Only downside was lack of air conditioning but it was unusually hot during our stay so that is understandable. Will definitely be back!"

"Very good situated. Easy access to city centre , few minutes walk from train station . Good variety of food for breakfast and very clean. Would recommend if wanting a reasonable price for a city break . Will use again. "

"I liked having the kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The free standing fan came in very handy as it was very hot when I visited. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and found it very quiet. Handy to have shops and restaurants nearby. Great to have free parking right at the front of the building."

"We walked to hotel from Waverley Rail station was 30 min walk. Get a taxi if got cases and bags. Lovely walk otherwise to Princes street. Can walk to town centre by side of river through Leith Gardens. Lovely walk. Hotel staff were quick to book us in. room was lovely, big, clean, tea coffee milk biscuits. Shower, hair and soap in bathroom. Shower curtain was spotlessly clean. Lovely big soft towels. We were overlooking the river which was nice. We had a very pretty lounge next to our room....
