"We were disappointed that we didn't get the room that we paid for - it did not match the advertised pictures and was smaller than advertised. The pools and spas were too cold to swim in and one of the spas was not working. The room was very dark and a big wall blocked our view. There was not enough cutlery for 2 people and there was no sink to wash it in. The blinds were stained and the pools had stains and chipped tiles. It was in need of a renovation and a good clean."

There are no onsite dining/cafe options so just the pool area. The room felt a bit small compared to other places we have stayed and some of the facilities were a bit worn. Overall it was expensive for the quality"
