Guest access
Guest have access the whole house except linen closets and garage.
Other things to note
1. No loud music and noise, no party.
2. We do have exterior cameras to count the number of guests, if there is a party or any complaints from neighbors we will call police, and our security company will escort you to leave the house immediately.
3. No smoking of anything inside the house. This includes weed and cigarettes. Will be a fine $500 if guests smoke inside the house
4. Please do not move furniture. If you must, please move it back to its proper place.
5. Cleaning fee is for a normal cleaning, if the house is left trashed, an extra charge of $300 will be added for a complete deep clean.
6. If guests tend to throw an illegal party without our knowledge will be a fine $1000.
7. There is a pet fee of $35 per pet per night. Please let us know if you have pets.
8. PLEASE NOTE: Wipes should not be flushed to the toilet.
