Relax and daydream at this gorgeous 3BR/2BA Port Charlotte house, offering a tranquil setting on the wide canal connecting to Myakka. House is situated on a cul-de-sac with open views of the canal from inside, river from the patio /deck. Enjoy fishing off your private dock with railing and canal side with rail fence (please see pictures to ensure the safety of your children). If you are coming with a boat, you are 200 ft way from the Myakka River, 15 min ride to the open water of Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your early morning coffee on the front bench watching the sunrise on the Myakka. House is lushly landscaped in front and back for your enjoyment of early morning sunrise in the front patio or sunset on the back in the evening hours.
Port Charlotte:
Port Charlotte sits on the northern shores of the Charlotte Harbor Estuary, roughly halfway between Sarasota (48 miles northwest) and Fort Myers' renowned golf courses and beaches (28 miles southeast). Here at the meeting point of the Myakka River, the Peace River, and Charlotte Harbor, you'll travel with ease to and from Southwest Florida International Airport 47 miles southeast.
THE LOCATION With a gorgeous setting on the Myakka river, this beautiful home offers the perfect haven to relax, unwind and enjoy carefree days on your private pool. When you’re ready to explore, drive 15 minutes to spend sunny days at Englewood Beach or take a walk on the Stump Pass Beach state Park.. If you’re bringing the kids, drive 20 minutes (12 miles) to Kidstar Park — a mini-amusement park with laser tag and go-karts. Planning on a vacation shopping spree? Hit the stores at Port Charlotte Town Center or Sarasota mall. The house is just a 10-15-minute drive from a variety of shops and casual eateries.
LIVING AREAS
Tiled floors flow throughout a bright living area, furnished with a tan leather couch, love seat and multiple leather recliner with footrest. Living room also decorated with luxury rug around the sofa for the colder season. Kick back for the evening and watch a movie on the 65” flat screen TV. TV is connected to an international set top box that offers over 1000 channels from all around the world. YES, it covers every country on the globe.
KITCHEN & DINING
A sunny dining area offers seating for six on round glass top table. It’s easy to dish up meals from the adjacent kitchen. There is also sitting for two on the counter with comfy swivel stool. Newly renovated kitchen is a chef dream with double oven for baking, Glass top cooking for easy cleaning. Stainless appliance, including a side-by-side refrigerator. Kitchen offer large food processor, bullet mini process for your health drinks, ample dinnerware. All baths has plenty linen to make your stay comfortable.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The house offers sleeping for up to 6 guests between three bedrooms.
Master: The spacious master boasts a king bed, two walk-in closet, and a 50” in LCD TV. This room also has direct access to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A second bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, two nightstands with lamps and ample closet for storage.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and comes with a 40” tv and xbox gaming console and games, and closet.
OUTDOOR AREAS
3 French doors lead to a beautiful screened-in lanai and large private pool. This outdoor area also has a four-person dining table, a comfy patio sitting for 4, and a gas grill for sizzling up seafood and steaks. Newly installed granite paver patio offer lounger to enjoy the calm evening. Tikki torch are provided.
Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Garage accommodate one car.
Your rental will be cleaned and ready for you to enjoy according to CDC guidelines and using suggested products. You can expect all comforts of a fine hotel, including shampoo, soaps, paper products, and linens. Your home will have a guide to provide specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access, TV instructions, and more. If you need anything at all before, during, or after your stay, your HOST is a call way.
POOL Heat: additional $25 daily will be charged for Heating the pool.
Boat Lift: $25 per week
Note: Please keep doors close when AC is running. HOST will is paying first $120 for the month.
Payment Terms and Conditions: A 20% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 30 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 30 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 30 day deadline.
All rates are plus 12% tax.
