Golf and Fishing

We loved it. The location was perfect for us. Checked in late but couldn't have been easier. The place was immaculately clean and exceeded expectations

Spacious home and very clean

Home was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and the open living space allowed us to visit with plenty of room. The pool table was fun: however the darts didn’t work. Nice pool but too cold to swim. Added touches such as bath cloths, soap for baths and more than two coffee mugs would be a welcomed addition. Nice neighborhood. Very quiet.. Enjoyed our stay.

Spacious retreat

The house was very clean with four bedrooms and a large common area with TV, seating, two dining areas, a pool table and dart board. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The outdoor pool area was beautiful with a fenced in yard for our pet. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

First Time Customer

The house and neighborhood proved to be a very good fit for our needs, as we were dislocated from our previous FL rental property of over 10 years due to hurricane damage on Manasota Key. Our property managers, Angel and Jessica, were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Both the house and location were absolutely as advertised. As first-time customers of VRBO and Evolve, we were very pleased with our stay.

Property needs work, Management Company a Disaster

Our family came down to spend Thanksgiving near my brother and his family. The house is well equipped and as advertised, but in need of a deep clean. We found several dead lizards and frogs around the house and it had a musty smell. More troubling were the holes in the cage around the pool-an animal was getting in every night leaving droppings by the back door we had to clean daily. The management company was what made this a disaster. We heard from multiple people with conflicting messages, the most comical being notified on our last full day that we were approved for an early check in. The house didnt have power to many of the outlets, including all the bathrooms, which made getting ready impossible for some in our group. The washer also didnt have power. I'm guessing the issue was the fuse box, which was in the locked garage. I reached out many times to Evolve, the property manager, and got the run around. Finally, on Thanksgiving, the property maintenance guy called to say hes not in the area and its Thanksgiving, so "what did I want him to do." If I owned the property I'd be livid by the poor communication from this management company.

Amazing place to stay

Amazing property for our golf trip, close to all courses. Easily slept 4 of us with everyone getting thier own room. The pool was great to relax in and the living room was a nice spot to finish the night with movies. Fantastic kitchen. The only downside we found was the pool table and dart board. Cues were missing tips but atleast one was useable. The dartboard on the otherhand was completely useless. It only came with 1 dart (which was bent and unusable)and the board is electronic so we could not use the darts we brought to play. These were negatives for us but we would absolutely rent this house again for our next trip without question. I would recommend this place to anyone, thanks for a great stay

Enjoyable Florida week!

We enjoyed our spring break vacation here as a family. The home was clean and comfortable. There were no worries. It was a good location for grandchildren, and we were close enough to visit relatives and the beaches in the area. Thank you for letting us enjoy your attractive, well-designed home.
