The Pesky Pelican: 4 BR, 3 BA House in Port Bolivar, Sleeps 14

The Pesky Pelican is a lovely beachfront home located in the quiet area of the Bolivar Peninsula. You will be amazed by the panoramic views up and down the beach from this 4 bedroom, 3 bath house. The comfortable furnished deck is a great place to watch the sunrise or just read a book in the calm gulf breezes.

The living area has seating for everyone and a large television. High speed internet will allow you to access your Netflix and other favorite streaming accounts. This is open to a large island with seating, and plenty of counter space. The well-appointed kitchen (including a regular drip coffee maker) will make entertaining your guests a breeze. You'll also enjoy having a washer and dryer on the premises.

With over 1600 square feet, the home sleeps 14 comfortably. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. Bedroom two has a queen bed with a tub/shower bath. Bedroom three offers two sets of built-in full over queen bunk beds, and bedroom 4 has a full bed. Additional sleeping is available on the queen sized sleeper sofa. All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs (digital antenna).

The ground level patio area features an outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. We know that once you visit The Pesky Pelican, you are going to want to come back!

Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
