I had the pleasure of staying at Royal View, a stunning beachfront property, and it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, offering panoramic ocean views from almost every room. The beach is just steps away, making it incredibly convenient for morning walks or sunset views.Inside, the property is beautifully furnished, with modern amenities and plenty of space. The open-plan living area leads out to a spacious balcony where we enjoyed meals with a breathtaking backdrop. The bedrooms were cozy, with large windows that let in natural light and cool ocean breezes.The hosts were welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Whether you’re relaxing in the living room, lounging on the beach, or dining on the balcony, Royal View offers the perfect setting for a peaceful, memorable getaway. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay at the beach

The house is much nicer than in the photos, well equipped, spacious. We had a lovely time - the deck on two sides perfect, shade all the time, the only thing that would improve it is if they provided nicer patio furniture (instead of cheap, flimsy plastic chairs). That is really the only negative thing I have to say about this house and our stay.

The property was ok overall there is a boardwalk condo directly behind this house 50' feet away which is not in the pictures listed, which can make for noisy neighbors when you're trying to get away, had issues with the hot water heater off and on all week, they said nothing was wrong well something was wrong, when the hot water doesn't get hot and will barely stay warm for 5 minutes. Weather was cold and windy very foggy so made for interesting week with no hot showers for the family. The location of the house is front row on the beach that was about the only plus side , I had elderly family who went back home after first day with no warm water for showers, management didn't seem to care much. The furnitureand house is very outdated for the price they charge the sofa beds are very uncomfortable according to my children and I can confirm this, the fishing was one of the few plus sides to this house if you go in the evening time or early morning time when the beach is very empty. I had asked management to call me back before they closed on Thursday for questions I had concerning issues in the house and they never did, poor communication between renter and management company could have been way better. I will be going to the Bolivar peninsula again because we enjoyed the area but not sure I will be renting from this company again because of the poor communication skills and lack of attention to our situation. When I went to drop off the key I didn't even get an explanation for anything as to why I didn't receive a call back the day before Overall I would rate this a 2 star visit just because of the fishing in the area and the close walk to the beach from the front door. There is very few restraunts in the area for dining most were closed at the times we would have liked to go so hope you like waiting in line to cross the ferry to go eat lunch or dinner on the Galveston side. Goodluck and enjoy !

The property is nice. great for a family of 4 . Location is awesome.
