Close to grocery stores and right on the beach. It was fun to sit and drink coffee in the mornings and on Friday night we enjoyed watching people ride up and down the beach on their golf carts. If there was one thing we would add it would be a golf cart. It would have been fun to ride down the beach and look at stuff.

Wonderful Beach View!

Our family loved Lt Dan’s beach house. The view of the ocean was amazing and the location enabled a 30 second walk to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub as well and the property was well maintained. There was a decent amount of cars and trucks driving on the beach. You will just want to keep your little ones near you. We had no problem with it. Overall, it was great house and property.

A wonderful family beach vacation

This property is as advertised. It's a modern and quaint home in a quiet area (except for the noise of the ocean which we find relaxing) with comfortable beds and furniture. We rented a golf cart through their recommended vendor and enjoyed the ability to cruise around on the beach. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and could certainly house more if needed. Great communication with the property manager and the location could not be more ideal. Scenic views from the deck as well as ideal location to get anywhere on the beach/peninsula. The convenience of a hot tub in the outdoor space and outdoor shower cannot be over stated. They are in great shape and were used every day. Overall we were incredibly happy with our stay and will definitely return for another quiet getaway. Thank you.

Family week at the beach

Wonderful property, well equipped. Everything was as advertised. It’s a close walk to the beach, an unobstructed view. We had everything we needed for our 15 month old granddaughter! Would have liked the fenced in area for the dogs to be a little larger, but that’s the only thing that I could ask to be improved. We will return!

Beautiful place with amazing views of the ocean!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. The hot tub was amazing!!! The sunrises and sunsets from the deck were breathtaking, and we even watched a porpoise swimming. The host was so friendly and responded within minutes. I would definitely recommend this beautiful cabin to anyone. We hope to come back again this summer!

Lt. Dan did not disappoint!

We have never stayed on a beach in the Galveston area where people drove on the beach. This was a little bit of an adjustment for us. The house, the beach itself, and the weather could not have been better. The house was very clean, the outside areas were made to be used! They were comfortable, accommodating and well cared for. We had a great trip.

Family vacation for my husband's 60th birthday.

Location was perfect. Property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable. Covered outdoor deck was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Lower level with bar, picnic table, and shower nice additional features. Storage area contained beach buckets, chairs, tents, and even a wagon. There was only one flight of stairs which was nice on my relatively recent hip replacement. I noticed there was a lift that was locked up so I imagine on request this could be used for a disabled person. Beautiful property overall! We would definitely return for future vacations.
