This lovely two story home has a great layout for large families or multiple families. With the bunkrooms downstairs and single room with adjoining bathrooms upstairs, it offers a great separation if needed. The dining room has a beautiful view from the bay windows. The upstairs balcony has a wonderful view that can't be beat!

Just ok

For the most part it was, just ok. The 3 major complaints we had were the master bathroom stank bad after using the shower, and the beds were hard as rocks. Also the lack of clean or even remotely usable cookware was a pain. Very uncomfortable to sleep, and the smell of the shower rendered it unusable. The cookware was rusty or just plain needing to be thrown out. If you plan on staying here bring pots and pans.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This property is great! It is near the water and has a small view of the water from the front deck. We especially liked the large common area on the main floor. It was a chilly, rainy Thanksgiving -- so it was nice to have space to visit, play games, and cook! I don't have any complaints except maybe I was a little surprised when I was informed that there were no linens on the property unless I wanted to rent some from Cobb Real Estate for $150. If it was noted on the listing, I missed it -- and haven't been accustomed to this add on after the booking. We would stay here again.

AMAZING PROPERTY!

Absolutely loved this property for our summer trip. Myself and two siblings along with our families all enjoyed this home. It’s very clean, updated, and the location is perfect! We had ages from 40 to 10 months and it accommodated us all. There was plenty of space while keeping us all close as well. All the younger cousins adored the bunk bed room and each couple had their own privacy In separate rooms. You are the perfect distance to the beach in my opinion….not right on top of it where the all nighters bother you but close enough for a quick walk there. Cobb realty was amazing and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house!

Nice Home

The home was clean and just as pictured!! Very close proximity to the beach. You can see the waves from the porch! The house check in and checkout times are so convenient.... you can get to the beach and enjoy your time on the first day and not feel rushed on your last day...... the family really enjoyed it!

Great Beach Vacation

We loved our vacation at Latitude Adjustment. Wifi worked great. The house was clean with a perfect amount of room for all of us not to feel too crowded. The beds were comfortable. We rented a golf cart and access to the beach was super easy. Will hopefully rent again.

Our family had a great time at this property. The house could’ve been cleaner and the bunk beds were a little unstable when we got there, but other than that the house was great. Also, we had a hard time locking the door. Overall, a good family house to stay at!

Never again. Still in shock with Cobb Realty customer servic.

The house was not the problem. It was Cobb realty. They were never very polite but became rude after money was paid then worse the day before we left. I received a call DURING my vacation where some woman very briefly told me we had to be out of the house at 9am on our last day and hung up. ALL the paperwork and the house description said checkout is always 2. Called her back and spent 2 hours arguing with her while she went from lying to me about my rental agreement to attempting to bully me out of the house early. She yelled and me, my sister and then tried to talk me into leaving. Only to call back again (this time with the sweetest voice) asking me if I could at least be out by noon. All of this took 2 hours! I have never been treated this way by any rental person/agency, ever. I will never rent from Cobb Realty again. I had to tell her she was violating our rental agreement multiple times for her to stop calling me. Our conversation ended with me bluntly telling her to not call my phone again. Still shocked.

Very clean and well decorated. Only issue is the concrete step at the bottom of the stairs blends with the concrete slab and several of us missed the step because it blended. Needs to be painted.

Alarming stay

The TV on the main floor was not working for the first 2 days of our visit. There were several times when the alarm went off during the stay. It actually went off for 3 hours straight and we couldn’t leave fast enough. The power was out due to a storm and there was no backup plan.
