Beautiful home and sits right on the beach. It was a little cool in the evenings so the hot tub felt amazing. Highly suggest this home, I will rent again.

Huge amounts of hair in the shower and the floors were dirty but the beds were clean and everything else was fine.

Location was perfect, with balcony overlooking the beach. Having the outdoor shower was very convienent. We enjoyed having the hot tub when it was too chilly to be in the gulf.

The house was very nice, clean and well appointed. Towels and sheets were included. Beds were comfy and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Great beach views and very close to everything.Great trip!

This home was very nice. Very Clean. Location was perfect. Fenced in yard for my dogs. A wonderful hot tub. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We will definitely book here again!

Stayed for 3 nights with my family and two dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Everything was very clean and well kept. We had a great view of the beach from thr deck and were only steps away, which was great for our toddler.We would absolutely book this house again.

Wonderful beach house. PERFECT location and views. Cant say enough about this place. The dog fence was awesome for peace of mind with a small corgi that likes to run around. Plenty of cookware in the kitchen, the beds are comfortable. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus... very relaxing and it was hot upon arrival and for our entire trip. The downstairs has 3 charcoal pits, games and an awesome bar area. Large parking too The downstairs bar tv didn't work but it wasn't a big deal for us. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back soon to Keepin it Reel.

Awesome Location

Had a canopy, boogie boards, and sand toys available to use as well as grill. Really enjoyed.!! Will definitely consider on our next trip.

So we got to check in early due to some community activities that would interfere with regular check in. This was a very thoughtful and professional gesture! And we really appreciate the heads up and courtesy. The house was all that the other review said it would be. Very clean, comfy furniture and most of all breathtaking views!! The beach front location right at a beach entrance was very handy as well. Overall a wonderful experience!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful experience! Front deck views amazing. The house was very clean and kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The location would be hard to beat. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. Internet was spotty especially in the evenings. We will definitely be back !

Beautiful beach house overlooking beach with easy access.

Beach house was so nice and clean. Air conditioner did not work properly but issue was temporarily solved timely with window units.

Pretty much the perfect beach house. It just never quit raining all 5 days we were there! Oh well. Better luck next time

Not even a great house on the beach is perfect. So here is the bad on this one. Both the stove and the vent hood light not working. Understood the vent to a reasonable extent, but not the stove. The perfectly fine kitchen trash can had a do not use sign on it and it was taped closed. It was 20 dollars at the dollar store for me to get a trash can. Found a baking sheet that had been put up dirty. Can’t check everything to be honest. Have stayed in over twenty houses at Crystal beach in the last 8years and this one is a gem for sure so don’t hesitate to give it a try.

Loved the location!

The location of this property was ideal. The beach and water is right there for you to enjoy every time you look or go outside! The house is beautiful and overall it was a great trip. There were mostly little things that for the price should’ve been better. Mostly the internet/wifi, there’s an unmarked light switch in the hall that controls the router, the plan is the lowest tier which means you can’t stream tv AND have others working/playing on their computers. In this remote access world, having an upper tier internet plan is vital. Only mentioning this because if you need to work remotely while there, it could be an issue.

Family Time Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed at Keepin’ it Reel several times. The house is on the beachfront and on the corner of a beach access road. This makes it so easy to both sit on the deck and enjoy the view or quickly drive to the waters edge. Not having to drive out to the highway and around to an access road has been a big part of what keeps us coming back each year. The staff at Cobb are always friendly and easy to work with. If something comes up during your stay they work quickly to resolve the issue.

Peaceful Visit

I have often bragged about the view, the immediate access to the beach, the comfort of the home and the well equipped kitchen; but, sometimes it is the little things. The beds are all made when you get there, the TV allows you to download your own apps and watch what you are used to watching, the swing on the front porch, the sunrise in the morning. Yes, you and your family and friends with love this home. Enjoy!

Adventure In Paradise

We have stayed in several different homes and find this one to be at the top of our list. The access to the beach is steps away, the porch and swing are such a peaceful way to begin the day with a cup of coffee, the sun rises are breath taking, the home is well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped the streaming TV allows you to log-in and watch your own subscriptions and then logs you out automatically when you leave, The downstairs shower makes it easy to wash up when you come back from playing on the beach The staff at Cobb Real Estate are alway helpful if your need something in an emergency. We had an issue with the door lock and it was replaced and fixed in just a couple of hours. A real "Adventure in Paradise!
