The house was very nice, clean and well appointed. Towels and sheets were included. Beds were comfy and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Great beach views and very close to everything.Great trip!

Stayed for 3 nights with my family and two dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Everything was very clean and well kept. We had a great view of the beach from thr deck and were only steps away, which was great for our toddler.We would absolutely book this house again.

This home was very nice. Very Clean. Location was perfect. Fenced in yard for my dogs. A wonderful hot tub. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We will definitely book here again!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful experience! Front deck views amazing. The house was very clean and kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The location would be hard to beat. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. Internet was spotty especially in the evenings. We will definitely be back !

Loved the location!

The location of this property was ideal. The beach and water is right there for you to enjoy every time you look or go outside! The house is beautiful and overall it was a great trip. There were mostly little things that for the price should’ve been better. Mostly the internet/wifi, there’s an unmarked light switch in the hall that controls the router, the plan is the lowest tier which means you can’t stream tv AND have others working/playing on their computers. In this remote access world, having an upper tier internet plan is vital. Only mentioning this because if you need to work remotely while there, it could be an issue.

Lovely house

It was a much more labor intensive process to check in and out of this property than need be. The property itself and location were very nice and close to the beach. This house has everything our family needed for a lovely vacation.

Marvelous Beach House

This property was everything that the images showed. We enjoyed our stay. Words can't describe how beautiful this property is. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return. This was the first time getting a beach house but we enjoyed it. This beach house is so close to beach till you can hear the waves. Beautiful beach front view.

Amazing few days with family!

We had a great time! This house is perfect....we cooked every night & had everything we needed! The beds are very comfortable & there were abundant linens. We walked back & forth to the clean beach & enjoyed the outdoor shower...especially the sand covered grandchildren! We will hopefully be able to stay at this beautiful house again in the near future.

Absolutely perfect!

This home was perfect for us! We love the beach but our fair skin doesn't allow us to stay out all day and the porch allowed us to enjoy the sound and the waves with its great seating, great views and always a sea breeze. The short walk to the beach was perfect and the outdoor shower kept us sand free. The outdoor grill area is set up like an island bar so you really feel like your on vacation. The rooms are all very comfortable and the decor was just perfect. We all agreed this will be our go to for our annual family beach trip. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to share your home.

Perfect in so many ways!

Absolutely perfect and healing for both of us. Location and comfort were the most significant factors for us. Corner lot on the beach so quick and easy access to the water. Wake up, gorgeous sunrise, coffee on the great deck that has plenty of seating area including table, high chairs for viewing and a porch swing then walk a few steps to the beach (could just carry your sandals!) don’t forget to look for turtle tracks, go for a little shell hunting walk and a morning swim. Head back and wash off in private outdoor shower below house and head back up to deck to relax and watch the pelicans cruise over the front row of houses or just stay on the beach and fish! Beautiful clean open front family room - kitchen with island - dining area and high ceiling. Large windows, glass front door so anyone needing a/c or indoor time can totally soak up the beach scene with rolling waves lapping the sand. Don’t feel like cooking? Jose’s Cantina at the end of the street is yummy! Sunset beach walks and sitting on the deck with a beverage watching the moon on the ocean, the stars in the sky. Every moment on the deck you’re listening to the ocean sounds and breathing in the fresh salty air while feeling a wonderful breeze off the gulf. Even the storms rolling in are a gorgeous welcome sight. And for those who don’t want to miss your sporting events, you have a great view of the big screen tv inside while your cheering from outside on the deck! Very attentive manager (thanks Larry!) an extra fridge in the laundry room, cute downstairs bar for covered outdoor eating and sink for cleaning your catch of the day. Can’t think of anything missing. We were only two but now our friends want to go and I definitely see a sister trip happening in the future! And next time may rent a golf cart for cruising the beach.
