Welcome to Ibis Isle — it`s always a great day to be at the beach!

Ibis Isle is the beach house parents dream about — set right in town in Crystal Beach, close to everything, and built for families with little ones. A wrap-around deck circles the whole house, and from there a fenced, gated run leads down to the gazebo, the shaded under-house gathering area (two tables, a picnic table, and a bar with stools overlooking the yard), a little-kids` nook with a built-in coloring table, and a fenced side yard with a play set. Gates at every turn — top of the stairs, between the deck and carport, and around the play-set yard — keep kids and pets safely contained while they roam from the house down to the play set. Out front there`s a big open yard and easy parking for the whole crew.

The single-level home sleeps 12 and lives easy. The master is a private retreat — king bed, TV, and its own ensuite bath. Two bunk rooms each have a roomy queen-over-queen bunk (great for kids or grown-ups), and the bright living room adds two fold-out twin beds plus a comfortable couch, a TV, and plenty of seating. The open kitchen and dining area is set up for family meals with a table and island seating, and a hall bath with a tub is perfect for the little ones.

Out front, the gazebo and wrap-around deck are made for morning coffee and evening breezes, with a partial view of the Intracoastal Waterway. The beach is an easy trip — by car, golf cart, or a walk to the end of Clara — and The Big Store is a short, safe stroll away through the church lot and across at the light. Central heat and air keep things comfortable year-round, with fast Wi-Fi throughout, a stackable washer and dryer, and a shower under the house to rinse off the sand. Ibis Isle sits right next to our Getaway Gulf — a favorite pairing for larger family gatherings.

HOUSE RULES

The guest who books must be 25 or older and stay for the entire reservation. They are responsible for their group and any visitors for the full stay. Only registered guests are allowed unless approved in advance.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests (more may be allowed with prior approval - just ask). Please do not exceed this at any time.

LITTLE ONES & THE GATES: Ibis Isle has a fenced, gated play area built for families. Please keep all gates closed - at the top of the stairs, between the gazebo deck and the carport, and around the play-set yard - so children and pets stay safely contained. The large front yard and parking area are open and not fenced, so please supervise little ones there.

SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is fine outside or under the house - please stay well away from doors and windows, and dispose of butts in the outdoor trash. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside results in a $300 fee.

PETS: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Only trained service animals as defined by the ADA are exempt from our pet policy and fee; emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals are treated the same as pets. Adult pets only - no puppies. The pet fee is $100 per stay for up to two pets, plus $50 per pet for up to two more (four pets maximum). Pets must stay off all furniture and beds - please bring your own sheets or blankets to cover any furniture a pet will be on. Keep the gates closed, clean up after your pets inside and out, and keep them supervised. A $150 cleaning fee applies if pet rules aren`t followed.

PARKING: Park in the left spaces, the drive, and the carport - no street parking. Please keep the back drive to our shop and Getaway Gulf parking clear at all times. Trailer and boat parking is available with prior approval.

QUIET HOURS & NOISE: This is a quiet, family community. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors - no heavy bass, and excessive noise that disturbs neighbors may result in removal.

DOORS & WINDOWS: Please keep exterior doors and windows closed at all times - not propped open. Our coastal humidity is hard on the home, and open doors drive up cooling costs.

CARE OF THE HOME: Please don`t move or rearrange the furniture, and treat our home as you would your mother`s. No interior furniture or property items are to be taken outside.

CHARCOAL GRILL: Use the charcoal grill on the concrete pad under the house only - never on the deck or other wooden areas, and never taken to the beach. Guests bring their own charcoal and lighter. No fires are allowed on decks or other wooden areas.

DRAINS: Do not pour oil, grease, or any thick or slimy substance down any drain - these damage the coastal sewer pumps and grinders. Dispose of cooking grease and oils in the trash.

GOLF CARTS: Golf carts cannot travel on or parallel to Highway 87. Please keep golf-cart use to neighborhood streets and approved access roads.

EVENTS: Gatherings are welcome with prior approval - reunions, weddings, birthdays, and get-togethers are what this house is made for. We do not host prom, graduation, or bachelor/bachelorette-type parties. Veterans and first responders are always welcome.

RESPONSIBILITY & CONDUCT: The guest who books is responsible for their group and any visitors, and for all damage or issues during the stay. Any disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in immediate removal with no refund.

AT CHECKOUT: Please leave the air conditioning, heat, and ceiling fans running - do not turn them off. Start a load of towels, run the dishwasher if there are dirty dishes, empty the refrigerator, take the trash to the street cans, lock up, and return the key as directed.
