Getaway Gulf is a spacious, family‑friendly coastal home designed for large groups and gatherings. With room to sleep 24, this five‑bedroom retreat offers plenty of space for families, friends, and multi‑generation trips. The home is in a great location—guests can walk to the beach, and The Big Store, restaurants, and shops are all very close.

Inside, the open living area is bright and comfortable with plenty of seating and a Roku TV. The well‑equipped kitchen includes two full‑size side‑by‑side refrigerators, an oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave over the range, cookware, dishes, utensils, a wine bottle opener, can opener, pizza cutter, and a complete set of cooking knives. The dining area has room for everyone to enjoy meals together.

The bedrooms are arranged for comfort and convenience. Downstairs includes a king ensuite master bedroom, plus two additional king bedrooms connected by a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom. The remaining bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. In total, the home has three showers plus one tub/shower. There is also a TV upstairs for added convenience. Fast 75+ Mbps internet and Roku TVs throughout the home make it easy for everyone to stream and stay connected.

Getaway Gulf is elevated on pilings, and light movement can sometimes be felt on windy days. Concrete under the house provides easy parking and a shaded area for gathering. All beds are made before arrival, and fresh linens and towels are provided.

General
Guest booking must be 25+ and staying for the entire reservation

Maximum occupancy: 14 guests

No EV charging is allowed

Only approved parties, events, or gatherings

Any disruptive or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the property

No smoking or vaping inside the home

Dispose of all cigarette butts properly — cigarette butts on the ground bring a $150 cleaning fee

No fireworks on the property

Guests should message through the booking platform for the fastest response

We send important messages before and during your stay — please read them, as they answer most questions

Pets (If applicable)
Pets must be approved in advance

No pets on furniture or beds

Pick up all pet waste in the yard

Additional cleaning for pets or excessive trash is $150

Quiet Hours
10 PM – 8 AM
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Outdoor Areas
Rinse sand off before entering the house

Do not move outdoor furniture to the beach

No grills or fires on any deck

Charcoal grill may be used on ground level only

Getaway Gulf does not have a rear deck

Keep gates closed if applicable

Safety
No open flames inside the home

Do not tamper with smoke detectors or AC units

Children must be supervised on decks and stairs

Use caution on wet surfaces

Two lockboxes are at the top of the stairs by the door — the guest lockbox is the top one

Remove all trash and place in outdoor bins

Put a load of dishes and towels in the washing machine and start

Leave the home in basic tidy condition

Damage & Cleanliness
Report any damage immediately

Excessive cleaning, stains, or misuse may result in additional charges
