A TXBeachVacation.com home. Gator Getaway is a newly completed vacation home located in Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar, Texas. It offers a comfortable and spacious living area with an open concept design, perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a large breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area has seating for ten people. The living area is tastefully furnished and includes a 65" Smart TV. There is an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station downstairs.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in shelves, clothes racks in the closet, and a 58" Smart TV.
Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed, built-in shelves, clothes racks in the closet, and a 58" Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 features a queen-size built-in bunk bed with built-in shelves, clothes racks in the closet.
Bedroom 4 has a full-size built-in bunk bed with built-in shelves, clothes racks in the closet.
Bonus bunk room has a full-size built-in bunk bed.
The house has three full bathrooms. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, second bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the third bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
