No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes of any kind inside house or on outside decks. Please rent another house!!!!! Violators will pay a hefty fine.
Never open any of the house windows. The screens have been purposely left off. The air conditioning unit has been replaced twice in 7 years.
Leave front door closed at all times! Our air-conditioning unit will work better and our house will stay bug, mildew and cleaner.

This is our 3rd visit to “The Peach” the last was a few years ago. I wish I aged as well as this home. Everything about it, the view, the furnishings, the artwork, comfy beds, the everything you could ever need kitchen, it’s so very well taken care of and the owner has always been super responsive. Love this home!

The Crystal Peach is the most perfect house. The view is breathtaking and sitting on the deck with the sound of the ocean waves are hypnotic. The house was extremely clean and stocked very well. The fence yard was great for our pups was very well manicured. Loved the easy beach access just steps away from the ocean. We would highly recommend this house and will now only book the Crystal Peach.

We were so pleased with this rental. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. The location was perfect. It was beachfront, close to important stores and restaurants, and still quiet. Parking for four vehicles was no challenge at all. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was clean. Views from the deck were as good as they get!

Fondest Family Memories

A fun time had by all!!! From the welcome email to opening the gate and walking in! What a property! Ted and Debbie were fabulous!! Debbie was so helpful with any questions and was very direct in details about the home! It is stocked, the kitchen has spices and all sorts of gadgets! The home was so warm and welcoming. The throw blankets everywhere were a loved item as my daughter (3) loves a soft blanket! I could go on and on about this home and just how welcome and kind Debbie was! We WILL be back. Side note - 4th of July week there is a dumpster on the street driving onto the beach, but we never smelled it. Just FYI if you rent during the holiday. But it didn't bother us at all. Oh oh and the gated yard!!!! Was SOOOOO nice to not have to worry about the dog getting out! Memories of a lifetime were made and so excited about our next stay!

Great time at the Peach!

We had a great time at this house. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 7. The open floor plan allowed us to share meals in the evening and have plenty of space. We enjoyed the evenings on the patio and loved the view. This was a great home with a great location. We will definitely be back.

A sweet peach!

We enjoyed our stay on Crystal Beach. I didn’t know Texas allowed vehicles on the beach! Even though we had some cold days we were still able to go shelling because you can just jump in your car and drive the beach! The house is very well kept and had all the amenities. Even if there was noise going on outside, you couldn’t really hear it inside. I definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if we get back this way!

Our Happy Place

Very pleased with the beds in this property,easy access to the beach,which are also clean and maintained on the regular.The sunrise in the morning is breathtaking,pictures do not do it justice. The “Stingaree” restaurants food is top notch. It’s no wonder why we chose the peninsula as our get away from it all.🙏

Fantastic Experience

We had such a wonderful time at Crystal🍑!! The owners are amazing and helped along the way! Would 100% stay again! With the hurricane hitting they kept us in the loop and made sure we felt very welcomed!

Overall our stay was relaxing and as intended. The property was as described, and more spacious than I originally anticipated. The short walk to the beach was super helpful, and it was a nice location, near lots of local attractions. The fenced in yard was great and we would gladly hook again.

Fun Weekend

Everything in the property was well stocked, they have everything you need for cooking and relaxing! The beds were very comfortable which we all seem to find impossible to get a comfy bed anywhere you stay so that was a major plus. The views were amazing as we spent most our time outside if we weren't on the beach. The owners are very attentive and answer any questions you may have and we would definitely stay there again. Labor day weekend made it for a super busy beach weekend but we all had fun and caught a sunburn. The only complaint we had was a camper parked on the beach in front of the house all weekend long and the generator was so loud, we couldn't really hear the waves and it got annoying but that is not a fault in this amazing house! 5 stars!
