Buho Vista provides clear Gulf views with a large lot to enjoy! The expansive wrap around deck takes advantage of the sights and sounds of the nearby water. Inside, the tasteful beach decor and natural light will remind you that it is 5 o'clock somewhere! The open floor concept with two story living/kitchen area provides a great space for everyone and is perfect for family or friends to make forever memories at the beach!
Buho Vista has plenty of beds to accommodate a large group! All of the beds have new memory foam mattresses, pillows, and bedding. Smart TVs are in every room (streaming services available on smart TV but bring your own login...don't forget to log out of all your accounts!). The large upstairs loft has its own half bath and foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Keurig coffee maker!
Bed and bath setup: 1st floor master bedroom has 1 King sized bed with a private bathroom, second bedroom has 1 queen bed, 2nd floor loft has a queen/queen bunk, a twin/twin bunk and full/full bunk with a bathroom.
The outdoor space on the upper deck is great for entertaining and outdoor dining! The deck is expansive with great ocean views. There is a dining table and plenty of chairs as well as a few chaise lounges. The outdoor lights create a soothing ambiance with the Gulf sounds in the background! The house sits on a double lot with a large grass area for outdoor games. While only a short walk to the beach. There is a picnic table (with several extra chairs accessible), charcoal grill, an outdoor shower and a few fun extra surprises like cornhole!
Guest access includes the entire lot and house with the exception of 2 locked cleaning supply/owner's closets. There is space to park 1-2 vehicles under the house and 3 more in the driveway.
The house is run on a septic tank and therefore does not have a disposal. Please discard waste in the trash cans and DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down any drain that is not toilet paper.
There is a security camera downstairs facing the stairs.
We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.
**MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD OR OVER TO BOOK WITH A VALID ID AND MUST BE ON THE PROPERTY FOR THE DURATION OF THE STAY. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS. MUST SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT.
No events/parties allowed, including prom, graduation, etc. Max occupancy of 12 must be observed at all times.
There is a charcoal grill, please bring charcoal and lighter fluid.
Located across the ferry from Galveston, TX, on the Bolivar Peninsula.
NO Pets allowed.
As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
