The best thing about the lounge and kitchen is that you feel like you`re outside (but not). Triple aspect windows bring in loads of light and a fantastic ocean view. It`s called Breezyonthe I for a reason. Enjoy the ocean breeze and views on the deck. It has such a good feel and vibe with lots of natural textures. The king bedrooms feel spacious but cozy. We went all-out in all the mattresses (including queen-over-queen bunk beds.

We live in Crystal Beach and are native to the area so are always a phone call away.

The heart of Crystal Beach (The Zoo). The Big Store is 1.1 miles away. Dannay’s Doughnuts .6 miles away.

Hopefully you’ll be coming to Crystal Beach to enjoy beach life and not the internet. We have the highest level of high speed fiber optic service however it is notorious for having outages every now and then. Entergy has been upgrading the infrastructure recently but still has outages occasionally.

If you are used to setting your thermostat at 70 or below then this is not the house for you. The thermostat is set to not go lower than 70 degrees. This is not a money-saving tactic but to prevent mold. Leaving doors or windows open for any amount of time with a thermostat set below 70 is a recipe for mold. We are alerted if windows or door is left open for more than a couple of minutes. So, unless there`s an emergency , keep them shut or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Crystal Beach has an abundance of wildlife This includes snakes and skunks. Skunks kill snakes. It is highly likely you’ll see a skunk. Mind your dogs as they love to chase them. If your dog is sprayed tomato juice helps. (Lots of it). Wash your dog several times with tomato juice ,dog shampoo and hydrogen peroxide OUTSIDE! .. and leave your dog outside for at least 24 hours. The deck is gated. If you need help, I’m a phone call away.
* The primary booking guest must be **25 years or older** and must be present for the duration of the stay.

* Maximum occupancy is **10 guests**. Unregistered guests are not permitted.

* This is not a hotel. It`s our home. It`s also a Beach House - not a hospital. We thoroughly clean between each guest. If you find that your bare feet or babies` knees are a little smudged get over it.

During August we cannot allow the thermostat to go below 72 degrees due to condensation occurring from the extreme exterior heat and humidity. If you need it to be lower then this is not the house for you.

*Please only flush toilet paper — no grease, food, tampons, feminine products, paper towels, or Kleenex down any drains. Our system can detect misuse and identify prohibited items once entered into system and alerts owner. Guest will be responsible for repair costs.

* We take pride in thoroughly cleaning the home between each stay.
Because of this, early check-in and late check-out are not available. (the answer will be no).

* Due to the **high coastal humidity**, please keep all doors and windows closed.
* Leaving them open may cause damage to the home and/or interior items and will result in a $225 additional cleaning fee or replacement costs for damaged items.

* The thermostat is set with a minimum temperature of **72°F** to protect the home.


* Dogs are welcome, but must be **kept off all furniture**.
* If your dog sheds, please bring covers for sofas and chairs.
* After beach visits, **rinse and dry your dog outside** before entering the home.

* **No smoking** inside the home or on the decks.
* No **open flames, fires, or fireworks** on decks.
* Any burn damage will result in **full replacement charges**.
* If smoking under the house, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

* Please **rinse off downstairs** after returning from the beach before entering.

* Trash bags are provided—please place all garbage in bags and seal before putting it in outdoor bins.

* Keep all **deck furniture on the deck**.

* We may request **valid ID for registered guests**, which must match the reservation.
* ID can be securely shared via Airbnb messaging if requested.
* Failure to provide identification or discrepancies in booking details may result in **cancellation or removal from the property**.
