    Esta hermosa casa frente a la playa se encuentra en la subdivisión de Biscayne. Excelentes vistas, excelente ubicación y muchas habitaciones. Tiene capacidad para hasta 16 personas en 4 reyes y 4 camas tamaño queen. Esta exclusiva comunidad privada se encuentra a mitad de camino entre el muelle del ferry y Crystal Beach.

    Esta casa está ubicada en el lugar más deseado y más cálido de la península. Está rodeado de casas de lujo en una playa muy tranquila y familiar. Simplemente siéntese y relájese en la terraza o disfrute de la vista impresionante en la comodidad del aire acondicionado dentro de este hogar abierto.

    Tiene capacidad para hasta 16 personas cómodamente, en camas. En la planta baja hay dos dormitorios con una cama king size y un baño privado en cada uno. Arriba tiene cuatro habitaciones y comparten un baño. Dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y acceso a la cubierta superior. Los otros dos tienen 2 reinas en cada uno. El tocador se encuentra en el piso principal. La ducha de la playa está en la planta baja y tiene agua caliente.

Mr. Heckler was very responsive to our call for assistance with a problem outside with the property. Half way around the world and got the problem fixed quickly. Property was clean and in good order, really enjoyed the stay even with tropical depression going by on Wednesday.

The home was beautiful and well stocked with supplies to cook with. 2 wine fridges were a huge plus. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and well kept. Lots of wooden furniture outside , very nice and bright colors help you pick out the house from down at the beach. Neighborhood was great and felt safe. Live that the hwy is far from the neighborhood as it made for serine factors, no car noise or other noises. Love the fact that rooms did not have bunk beds as most of our guest were adults! Very smart choice by home owners.

House is just as pictured. Plenty of room for large groups Great location and view! Very large outdoor spaces. Very close to beach access, which was not busy at all. Things to note: 2 bedrooms have double beds, was a little tricky to fit 2 adults in each bed. Front door was hard to use but we just used side door to avoid damaging it. Neither of these were a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great time during our stay. He neighborhood was clean, private, and spacious. The house of the house allowed for a great family time. The location of the house was perfect as we were able to use our ATVs. We had an amazing time overall.
