Beautiful Historical Beach House with Gorgeous Views

Second Time Around is a historic home that has been moved to the beach, a delightful mix of old and new! 4 Bedroom, 3 full baths, a wrap around deck with screened area, ample seating, and a down stairs begging to entertain are just a few of the highlights.
This home is located in Sandy Shores subdivision. A family oriented neighborhood in the heart of Crystal Beach. It is on the second row with gorgeous views of the Gulf with direct beach access to walk or drive just a block over.
The first thing you will notice upon arrival is the amazing entertainment area below the house. There is a picnic table, high table and 4 chairs, as well as a "photo ready" 2 seater brightly painted. The downstairs room has a full kitchen including Stove, Fridge, microwave, dish washer and coffee makers. It has roller doors to access the bar on the front and side. Inside there is another high table and chairs and a small bar. The back side has the original cathedral style double swing windows that can also be opened up to let the ocean breeze through.
Around the side of the incredible outdoor bar is another fantastic area to relax and enjoy your company. It offers a swing and 4 high chairs. The outdoor shower and grill are near this area.
When you make our way upstairs, the large deck has a table with chairs on one side and lounging and sunning chairs on the other side. You enter into the large open concept living area with high ceilings and a beautiful spiral stair case. The living area has comfortable seating, television with DishNetwork. It opens up to the kitchen only separated by the bar with 4 bar stools. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals, including 2 ovens, stove top, refrigerator with ice/water, wine fridge, dishwasher.
The front bedroom has a queen size bed and a double closet. It also provides great views of the gulf.
In the Hallway between the bedrooms and right of of the living area is a full bathroom with a separate tub, shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is behind the kitchen and has a King bed, Tv with Dish Network, and access to the screened in portion of the deck. The second bathroom is located beside this room. It has a stand up tile shower.
The 4th bedroom is a loft. The stair case divides it into 2 sections. The left side has 1 queen bed and the full bathroom. The other side has 2 queen beds.
Second Time around offers great views, and a short walk to the beach. It is second row in Sandy Shores sub division.
We provide all of the basic household cleaners, trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bath towels and the beds are made for your arrival. Pack light and start having fun from the minute you arrive!
