The Space:

Beach Retreat is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located on a corner double lot. It's also only a short ride or walk to the beach down the direct access road.



The partially covered deck is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing with family and friends. It's fully furnished, including high backed chairs and two loungers on one side; as well as a double chair glider with a table, and two high back chairs with table on the other.



The living room offers two Lazy Boy recliners and a large sectional couch with two recliners. This area is open to the well-stocked kitchen. The large island has ample seating, and you will love the modern appliances like the beverage cooler, coffee bar with both Keurig and regular drip coffee pots, plus all the cookware and storage space you need to prepare and serve meals. This house has the conveniences of home- a washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs with streaming services (in the living room and bedrooms), high speed internet, and even several board games, puzzles, playing cards, Wii and Playstation 2, and several those days or evenings that you don’t want to go to the beach.



With more than 1100 square feet, Beach Retreat can sleep 12 comfortably. The primary bathroom features a California king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third offers two twin over full bunk beds. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combo.



The covered downstairs patio is great for entertaining! There are two bar tops with 8 stools, two large built in benches and table, a large picnic table, outdoor swing, and a charcoal BBQ grill (just bring your own charcoal and fluid)! There is also a fenced in area for your dog, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach. We know you will love your time at Beach Retreat!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
