Host only checks cameras at check-in and check-out to insure the maximum number of guest at the property as well as undisclosed pets. If undisclosed pets or guests are discovered, host has the right to cancel reservation without a refund. No refunds for community-wide power or internet outages that happen durning your stay (unless they are extensive and if guests wish to leave, any unused nights will be refunded) or inclement weather unless an evacuation is issued or there’s a major tropical storm that could affect the safety of guests.
