"When I booked this accommodation I was wanting a quiet place to sleep with a restaurant and bar and the room soundproof but this was falsely advertised. There was no restaurant, bar and was a very noisy room . I would never return here again."

Costello Hotels Port Augusta
"We were not aware that we had to take our luggage up 4 lots of stairs. The apartment was wonderful. But the stairs were a problem and for security sake we had to park in the designation parking lot that was lock up, but difficult to get luggage into the building."
