"The booking needed to have a phone number to contact, and not just an email one hour before arriving. After searching for a number I finally spoke to someone with a heavy accent and a young child making loud noises in the background, so it was difficult to understand what the lady was saying. I eventually managed to enter the room.
The room had nowhere to hang clothes, nor a table to eat or work from,
There were a number of amenities, but I had to lift the heavy microwave out of a cupboard up...

"Nice place with everything you need and handy to the airport and bus routes. The hostess is responsive and flexible - thanks, Shelley! I enjoyed my stay, which was work-related. However, be aware that there are a lot of narrow steps, as is often the case with houses in hilly Wellington, so consider this if mobility is an issue or if you have many/heavy bags."

"Located in the centre of Wellington, this place it perfect for those without transport and if you do, there is a secure carpark. I loved that we had a peaceful haven to rest, reset and recooperate. "What an amazing location. So close to both the beach and town. Meters away from excellent cafes (highly recommend Beach Babylon). Bus stop close by. Clean and tidy - shoes off which is great. Kitchen well appointed with tea coffee. Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. A fantastic space for two couples. We had five pax - fold outs were not comfortable enough to use, so it was just the couch for our number five. They slept okay, and had earplugs for street noise. Don’t forget your swim...
