Here you will find an inviting living/dining room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and direct access to the garden and terrace. The flat also has a double bedroom and another room with two single beds. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay, including a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The modern bathroom with shower and WC completes the offer.

Outside, the communal garden with fenced lawn, orchard and sunbathing area invites you to relax. The highlight is the saltwater pool (9 x 4 m), which is available from 1 April to 16 October. For cosy evenings there is a barbecue for communal use. There are also parking facilities and a covered terrace with furniture, ideal for al fresco dining.

In addition to the beauty of Poreč, which is known for its ancient monuments such as the famous Eufrasiana Basilica, the surrounding area also offers a wide range of leisure activities.
