"Arriving early at the property as i was having a procedure at the day hospital the staff were amazing and got me straight into my room. Something that definitely eased my nerves and made my recovery much mpre relaxing. The room was clean and had a good selection of crockery along with fridge and microwave. Being able to come straight up the lifts from westside made everything so smooth at a time when excess trsvel is not wanted. The train station was right next to the hotel with a supermarket...

The welcoming we recived was somthing other motels could learn from, as soon you walk in the front door you are meet with exstremly clean foyer area which is the start of the whole experince of what to expect your stay is going to be. "Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...
