Sleeping arrangements
This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home accommodates up to 12 guests across three levels. The third floor offers three ocean-facing bedrooms with direct balcony access: a king suite with ensuite bathroom and two queen bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the ground floor, a spacious bunkroom includes two full/twin bunks with trundles, alongside a separate king bedroom that opens directly onto the deck.

Living spaces
The heart of the home is the main living area, where expansive windows frame panoramic views. A generous seating area with a flat-screen TV invites you to gather, while a bonus room with a desk provides a quiet spot for work or reading. On the ground floor, younger guests will enjoy a dedicated media space with a 60+ inch TV and sectional sofa, perfect for movie nights or gaming.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry. Cooking basics, wine glasses, barbecue utensils, and coffee maker are all provided. Share meals at one of two dining tables, each seating eight, or enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast bar for four.

Outdoor living
The home is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A 60-foot oceanfront balcony provides a stunning vantage point for both sunrise and sunset. The newly built beachfront deck offers comfortable seating and direct access to the private path leading to the sand. A BBQ grill and beach essentials make it easy to enjoy days outside.

Amenities
Practical comforts include a washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and free parking for three vehicles. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.
