  • Located on A1A in South Ponte Vedra, minutes from historic Saint Augustine. Secluded spot 1 mile from the nearest public access. Top floor has open floor plan with living/dining/kitchen plus wraparound porch, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Bottom floor plan offers a beach playroom complete with kitchenette, two bedrooms one bathroom. Covered terrace downstairs complete with hot/cold outside cabana shower and grill. TV's in every room plus comfortable living spaces offer the best in family fun.

We had a wonderful stay! The beach view was incredible and the house was well equipped. Just steps from the beach and convenient to grocery shopping. Everything we could want! We will be returning.

Everything about this place was amazing! The house is right on the beach, clean, has everything you need for all ages! Awesome time and definitely will be looking to stay here again!

Very pet friendly — fenced in yard! I would give this 6 stars if I could. Wrap around porch meant we could enjoy the sun even on an extremely windy day. Great kitchen, well stocked with all the cookware you need.

This was the most magical beach stay! Super private beach and close to Saint Augustine for fun. My one year old son loved running around the top deck looking at the ocean and playing in the sand on the bottom floor. They have all the sand toys/chairs/surf boards. Super comfortable and great layout for 2/3 families to share.

Our family enjoyed staying here for the second time. The home is beautiful and located steps away from the ocean. There are lots of great restaurants near by and are minutes from St Augustine. We hope to visit again.

Cute and spacious house!

We enjoyed our stay here visiting with family for the holidays! The kitchen was well equipped and the living area very comfortable with fun beach decor. We’ve stayed in many houses in S Ponte Vedra and were not disappointed in this one!

Steele’s beautiful home was the absolute perfect setting for our girls’ getaway weekend! From the moment we arrived the breathtaking oceanfront views, relaxing breeze, and beautifully appointed property gave us all we needed to slow down, breathe, and enjoy our time together. It was a weekend we will always treasure, and we plan to come back for sure!

The check in was very easy. The rental was well stocked with all of the essentials. Beautiful views and just steps away from the beach. Our family had a great time and we would recommend this home to anyone!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home right on the ocean. The beach was great and really quiet. We went to wonderful restaurants and sightseeing in St Augustine. This was definitely a family favorite!

Great beach house!!

Great place to spend a holiday week with the family! Hope to come back this summer! Great views and home is very comfortable. And close to grocery, restaurants and historical downtown St. Augustine.

A great house right on the beach. House was well appointed, comfy furniture, nice artwork on the walls, had a feeling like you were home and not just a rental. Well equipped kitchen. Nice porch upstairs and patio downstairs. Lots of towels and beach towels, Beach chairs, umbrellas, swim noodles. Great fenced in yard for our mini-Labradoodle. House has a great setup, great for 2 families or like us grandparents and then room downstairs for the kids and grandkids. Lots of room to spread out. Upstairs has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, downstairs also 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Upstairs open living spaces with a living room and kitchen with a dining table for at least 8. A very nice wraparound porch. Downstairs has another family room and kitchenette with a second full sized refrigerator. We’ve stayed in other short-term rentals and this a great one! Nice owner, not a corp. you can tell the pride of ownership.

Wonderful family vacation!

It felt like staying at your favorite aunt and uncle’s house! The accommodations were perfect for our group - three teens, five adults. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The fenced-in yard was enjoyed by our dog. Being less than 10 steps from the house to the beach was magical. And the beach was quiet and relaxing. We can’t wait to stay here again!
