Welcome to our beautiful house in Fajã de Baixo. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. However, you can contact us at any time to find out if there is availability for check-in and check-out at different times.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- I remind you that the quiet hours here in the Azores start at 10 pm. There may be some tolerance until 11 pm. After the indicated time, it is advisable not to use the outdoor space and to move indoors. However, additional care with sound is recommended.
The use of this property is restricted to the people who rented it and are staying there. Unless previously informed and with respective authorization, it is strictly forbidden for strangers to stay on the property or to use it for parties.
IMPORTANT: Non-compliance with this provision may result in the immediate termination of the contract and the immediate eviction of the occupants of the property. Please speak with the manager before taking any initiative to breach this rule.
Please be aware of open doors, as this is a period with many cockroaches, and there are many in the Azores. I carry out treatments, but they are still around.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
