Beautiful Non Driving Beach East Wind Condo

Located on the "no drive" portion in pristine Ponce Inlet this compiled feels as if you are at a private resort. Life is better at the Beach! Feel the salty breezes and hear the crashing waves from this well appointed 2 Bedroom 2 Full bath Condo in Ponce Inlet. The interior is bright and beach like with spa blue paint and quality furniture and linens to afford all you need to enjoy your time at the beach.

Wake up in the Master bedroom and look directly at the crashing waves from your sliding glass doors. Tv's on living room and master bedroom, cable and wifi are provided along with all linens and 4 beach chairs.

New washer, drier, dishwasher and furniture.

Relax on the patio and enjoy the views and fresh open sea air. The second bedroom is spacious and comfortably fits 2 queen size beds with a large closet. The dining room and living room are large enough to entertain but a restaurant is right next door on the South side of the Community. This unit is on the North Side so is very quiet.

The Condo community underwent a multi-million dollar renovation just a few years ago so the property is in fantastic condition and defies it's age looking like a much newer community. There is a large party room that residents can use for events that overlooks the pool and ocean. With plenty of outdoor seating at the pool and a covered area for those needing a bit of shade and community tennis courts across the street. Covered Parking and outdoor grill available.

The property manager is very nice and accommodating. The kitchen and the unit were the best equipped that I had ever seen. The Beach and Pool area are very nice. The view of the ocean was great from the patio and the master bedroom. Parking convenience was average, but the unit did have a dedicated spot which is a big plus. Common area grill worked well for the 2 times that we used it. Would definitely recommend and stay again sometime.

Very relaxing home away from home!

The condo was great. It had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. It was very comfortable and located on the north-side of the building. That means that you can enjoy shade instead of a hot sun coming through the class patio doors. If you need the sun, the pool is heated and a short walk from your front door. The owners of the condo are great folks and we’re very helpful at making our stay very comfortable.

Relaxing

Had a nice relaxing vacation here. As advertised. Although condo does not face the ocean. It faces the parking lot with a small view of the ocean.
