Rock Villa is one of the most desirable, luxuriously equipped holiday villas in Pollensa. Located in La Font just outside of Pollensa town.



It is literally carved into the rock. In fact the garage really could be featured in a James Bond movie!



The luxury holiday villa has a huge amount of natural light and 360 degree views of the nearby beaches at Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and of Pollensa town.



Built over three floors, the villa was completed to the highest possible standards and sleeps 7 guests



Starting on the lower level of this stunning holiday villa there is a parking area for several cars. From here a lift takes you up into the house - huge wow factor - and ideal for guests who are less mobile. The lift gives access to all floors of the villa



On the first floor, the villa has a beautifully sunny living room with super comfortable designer furniture and impressive artwork



The living room opens out onto a sun-drenched terrace and an impressive infinity pool, 15.5 by 2.5 metres. The pool can be heated (additional cost applies) The pool has a glass side which overlooks the garage area.



Outside there is a stylish, comfortable seating area/chill out space and outdoor dining area where you can enjoy long, relaxing lunches and dinners cooked on the state-of-the-art gas barbecue. Also on this floor there is an indoor dining area which seats eight



The designer kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you could possibly need.



In addition there is a bedroom and a bathroom on this floor which is ideal for kids, a nanny or your private chef



On the top floor there is one double bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite bathroom, one twin room, with en-suite bathroom and a master suite (180cm bed) with en-suite bathroom. The beds are by Zanotta guaranteed to offer a totally relaxing night´s sleep. There are several more terraces on this level with great views across Pollensa bay.



This holiday villa in Pollensa is exceptional, both architecturally and in terms of its design and location. The views, infinity pool, and the high level finish make it somewhere very special for your holiday. It is perfect for a group of friends or a large family get-together.

A very nice house

Overall the Rock Villa is a very nice house with great views and plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped and outside eating area and pool is very nice. Air conditioning works well. However one major issue are the showers that leak which is a shame as the floors are parquet so the floors get quite wet and stained. Mosquito plug-in repellent would be a great addition as there are a lot of mosquitos at sundown and it's difficult to keep doors closed all the time if barbecuing and dining outdoors.
