Polignano Villa Resort is located midway the charming town Polignano a Mare, on the cliffs of the Adriatic sea, and Castellana Grotte, famous for its striking caves.The Villa with its modern architectural design is placed in the typical Apulia landscape, dominating a valley sloping down to a sky-blue sea.
Surrounded by its mediterranean, private park ( 6.000 sqm ) endemic plants, century old olive trees, almond and cherry trees, “Polignano Villa Resort” has a private pool (6x12 mt) overlooking the restful typical landscape.
The Villa Resort will provide you with tennis court, mini-golf, tennis table, basketball and equipped children area, BBQ, lounge indoor and outdoor.
The property is ideal to families and friends enjoying holiday time together as well as to longer term sojourns in the region.

THE VILLA - ARCHITECTURE & LIFE
The Villa star shaped layout was designed by an Italian architect with Bauhaus affinities, built in early 80's for private family use.
Different volumes correspond to the different interior areas, projecting outwards, looking onto the garden, through its large windows landscape portions and light come in each room at different times of day.

PRIVATE INSIDE
The villa, with its attention to details, quality furniture and finishings, creates a refined lay back intimate atmosphere.
The villa is on two levels: a ground floor with open- space living area which annexes dining area, tv lounge; large windows overlook patio and park. It is equipped with satellite channels TV, DVD, IPod / IPhone docking station and CD Stereo. From this living area access to the swimming pool and gardens.
The kitchen is also ideal for those who like cooking and is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, breakfast bar and fridge freezer; it opens onto a shaded veranda furnished with an outdoor extendible dining table.
Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and wash basin.
On ground floor there is the en suite bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The property accommodates up to 10 people in its bedrooms. Beside the bedroom en suite, there are 4 bedrooms on the first floor: the master bedroom and three bedrooms with separate beds, which may be optionally doubled. One bedroom opens onto a panoramic terrace with solarium dominating the landscape.
This floor is provided with a large bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Magnifique!

Une maison superbe, au calme et avec de nombreuses activités pour toute la famille (piscine, basket, tennis, mini golf,...), des propriétaires très accueillants et prévenants et un très bel environnement. Tout pour passer des vacances mémorables. Merci encore à Liliana et sa famille.

Beautiful Home in the Countryside

We stayed for a week here at this beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and well maintained as is the surrounding property. There are many amenities (pool, tennis, table tennis, basketball) to enjoy plus a couple of nice areas to sit outside and eat or enjoy the evening. While Italy was extremely hot during our stay, the pool and the AC in the bedrooms kept us cool. I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing, family focused holiday that is still within short distances to a few wonderful towns.

Very nice, large house with beautiful pool and garden

This house was just perfect for us. We were travelling with 7 adults and a 2 year old. Bedrooms were spacious and well located. Large kitchen, well equipped and many seating possibilities. Aircos were functioning well. There was plenty of space for everybody to have some privacy when needed. The house had a 70's Hollywood feeling, really interesting touches. Liliana the host was always very helpful. The only thing is that you need a car to get anywere and nice sandy beaches are quite far away, approx. 25 minutes. But the pool was so great that we didn't go to beaches often. I can deffinitely recommend this house!

Great, Well Cared For Family Home

Liliana and her family have a well-cared for and well-appointed home in a very nice setting. It was perfect for our two families. Liliana and Francesco were very responsive when we had issues and gave good tips / suggestions for doctors, stores, restaurants and beaches. The internet wasn’t working and Liliana kept after the utility company until they came to fix it. Liliana even connected us to a chef that came to the house and gave cooking lessons. Our kids were sick for a lot of our stay and Liliana helped research ways we could see a doctor (for instance a drop in pediatric clinic in Monopoli). The pool is wonderful and kept in top condition—Francesco comes every night and every morning to maintain it. The deck chairs and umbrellas are great! The weather was very hot during our stay so we had to run the AC a lot (AC only in bedrooms). It was hard to keep the home at a comfortable temperature without closing most the exterior storm shades. Be aware that Liliana and family give you a weekly energy budget. The heat also required Liliana and Francesco to be there often to water the extensive landscaping. The home’s location is rural but close to all the services you need in Castellana and Triggianelo. Beaches are 25-30 min away but it’s a beautiful drive. There is a metal shop next door so occasionally we would hear loud noises in an otherwise peaceful setting. On our last night we watched a thunder and lightning storm travel across the land from the upper deck off one of the bedrooms. Absolutely amazing! Liliana cares very much for her home and her guests. Look elsewhere if you are the type who doesn’t want an involved, caring, and knowledgeable host. We would definitely stay here again. Grazie Liliana!

Belle maison, tres bien situee. Hotes tres disponibles. Belle piscine entretenue quotidiennement. Nombreuses activites de loisir:tennis, basket, ping pong….
