素泊まりで3泊利用。ザグレブ市内で最も格式高く伝統的なホテルということもあり、ホテル全体の清潔感やスタッフのサービスには特に問題なかったです。 ただし、恐らく昔の建物を改装しているがゆえに水回りの設備は少し気になりました。 清潔度は全く問題ないのですが、シャワー室が狭いことや、トイレや浴室に換気扇はありませんでした。 浴室エリアと寝室エリアが一体となっており、部屋内の空調のおかけで湿気は問題ないですが気になる方は気になるかと。
