modern four-bedroom home exceeds expectations from the moment
you arrive. Expansive windows and sliding doors from the
entertainer s kitchen and living area showcase stunning views of the
13th fairway, water feature, and Beggars Bridge Vineyard.

Perfect for friends or family, 1OAK accommodates up to 10 guests
with four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a sofa bed
(Additional fee's do apply). Flexible bedding configurations cater to
all group types.

Unwind on the back deck as sunlight filters through the vines, fire up
the BBQ in the outdoor entertaining area, or relax in the six-person
jacuzzi. With two entertaining areas, a covered alfresco with
vineyard views, a BBQ, Bluetooth soundbar, Wi-Fi, and Apple TV
with Foxtel, your ultimate Hunter Valley retreat awaits!

Great quiet location, , love the spa overlooking the grasslands

This was seriously a home away from our own home !!!!! Fabulous condition, spacious, clean. Loved the setting in the open grasslands. Fantasy jacuzzi , clean , well maintained regularly as the inside was pristine. Loved how jacuzzi was a as ready turned and warm on arrival. Kitchen had an abundance of appliances, utensils & tools. Great idea to have mozzie coils ready for use. Laundry 🧺 in an immaculate condition. A huge thankyou 😊 For extra supplies in linen cupboard...toilet 🧻, garbage bags. Beautiful quiet residence thank you for letting out homes to respectable clientele ... obviously lifts the standard of the accommodation. Looking forward to your new pizza 🍕 bar In the area when we next visit. Many thanks again & please express to the Cleaners of the home 🧼 That they are doing an amazing job !!!!!

The layout and decor were very pleasing and the facilities were very user friendly. Very spacious house and the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable.

Fantastic Stay-Great Fun!!

We stayed at the property for 2 nights over the long weekend. The location is easy to find and there's also a security door to get to the area which we thought was great. The property is located near the end of the street, very isolated and private overlooking vineyard and the outback. The house was very clean and had everything we needed in terms of cooking. The rooms are spacious and most rooms have ensuite which was very convenient. The living area and media area was great for gathering and having a feast. We used the jacuzzi outdoor, the BBQ area and also the fire place. It has everything you need!! Definitely enjoyed the stay for families and firends gathering.
