"Staff was very helpful and excellent service. Good location from Lakeside"

"Beautiful location, very nicely decorated and maintained. Very good food. Highly recommend"

"The pictures on their website site are very deceiving and do not look the same. Please do not book the cottage jungle view room since it’s not in the main hotel and it’s on next to main hotel which looks like a small hut. Also, there was a constant cow noise the whole night and we were unable to sleep. I requested to cancel one night which we didn’t stay after encountering the issue but staff were unable to help us even though they seem cooperative. I am really disappointed with my stay here."

"Super deal and best customer care with yummy breakfast."

"I have been to Nepal 12 times and these were some of the nicest staff I have ever run into. The place is great and pool was wonderfully relaxing. The restaurant was excellent. No downside and I will definitely stay again."
