Safely store up to two cars in the double garage and enter through the modern façade of ‘Adelphi’ into the large open-plan Kitchen, Dining and Living Area. The Kitchen boasts luxurious contemporary features such as a large stone-topped island bench with pendant lights, a spacious walk-in pantry and a marble-tiled backsplash. With plenty of space for preparation and conversation, make use of the quality appliances supplied, such as a large oven, gas stove, dishwasher, double-door fridge, coffee-pod machine (takes Aldi pods) and microwave.
Along with four stools along the island bench, the dining area sits in front of the kitchen, incorporating a large eight-seater dining table.

At the end of the open family area is the main lounge room, featuring a plush L-shaped couch and a large TV. Exiting through the glass sliding doors you step into undercover alfresco featuring a six-seater outdoor dining table and a large Barbecue. The Large enclosed yard features plenty of space for the pooches to run around the home and two sun lounges to take a moment to relax and take in the salty breeze.

Closing off the entertainment areas, at the front of the home sits a secondary living area, escape to tranquillity here, nestling up with a book in the electric recliners and popping on your comfort show on the TV.

Entering a second hallway off the kitchen area are the sleeping quarters with the master retreat at the end. Each bedroom offers guests a personal escape, each fit with a TV, Ceiling Fan, Built-in Robes and Bedside Tables with Lamps. Bedrooms Two and Four include a Queen Bed. Bedroom Three incorporates two long singles (which can be pushed together to make a king bed with a mattress topper upon advance request) and a Study Desk for the kids to have some creative time or catch up on homework.
A Highchair and Porta Cot can also be supplied upon Advance Request.
The Master Bedroom incorporates a King bed, a large walk-in robe and an Ensuite with a large walk-in shower, toilet and double vanity with a pendant light above.

The wet areas of the home are between the bedrooms. They include a laundry with a washer and dryer, a separate toilet, and a Master Bathroom. The Master Bathroom incorporates a shower, bath, and vanity, dressed in dark wood, marbled tiles, and black metal.

Near the stunning beaches of Point Lonsdale, coffee shops, parklands, and lake at The Point. Enjoy evenings spent dining and days relaxing with friends and family at ‘Adelphi’; the open-plan design embraces lovely light due to its north-facing position, complemented by a refreshing green treescape around the covered alfresco area and BBQ—perfect for effortless summer evenings or a snug winter retreat.


Guest Access

A digital lock is fitted to the property. Details on your unique code will be provided before check-in along with other details to access the property. You will have access to the whole home, including a double garage.
Pet-Friendly: You are welcome to bring up two well-behaved dogs; please bring their own bedding, bowls, and towels.

The Neighbourhood

The family home is located along Limpet Circuit in Point Lonsdale, at the end of the Bellarine Peninsula, Near Queenscliff, where you can catch the Queenscliff Ferry to Sorrento (Port Phillip Bay Ferry/Searoad Ferries), a 10-minute drive away.
The Local area itself hosts many attractions and creature comforts. A Scenic 5-minute walk around The Point Lake to the local Café or a 10-minute walk to the Point Park Playground and Basketball Court. Have sun-soaked fun at local beaches and rock pools, which are a 5-7 minute drive away, and see the sites at Rip View Lookout, the Point Lonsdale Lighthouse and Jetty or explore the Bellarine Rail Trail.
There are also many attractions in the suburb over Queenscliff, such as the Black Lighthouse, Maritime Museum, Brewhouse, Sea All Dolphin Swims, Fishing Charters and, of course, the Searoad Ferries.

Getting Around

We would recommend bringing a vehicle to travel around the Bellarine Peninsula and the surrounding areas.
There are bus stops in the centre of Point Lonsdale, a 15-minute walk away at Santa Monica Blvd/Shell Rd where you can catch Route 56 Geelong Station - Queenscliff via Ocean Grove.
You can also call a Taxi and order Ubers, but they may not be nearby.
