"Very clean room. Amazing view of the water from the room and nice seating outside to enjoy the view. Good amenities in the room. Mini Fridge, Coffee Maker, Kettle, microwave."

"We stayed in room 30. First thing we saw was a bag of garbage ripped open in front of our door. Paint chipping off the door and falling on the floor and a gap at the bottom so insects were coming in. Bed squeaked so loud was hard to sleep, outlet in bathroom did not work. Toilet barely flushed, dead bugs on window sill and floor, the deck railing was loose and they had half a roll of toilet paper in our room. Only good thing was the A/C. Was not worth it to save a little money, trust me!"

"The room needs maintenance. The mattresses are old and saggy. We did not sleep well at all. The windows could not be opened ( broken) to get fresh air. The room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioner vents were filthy and when we turned on the fan the air coming out smelled musty. We were disappointed."

"The first room we were given was half below ground level, heavy musty smell, old banged up furniture. Not clean at all, windows filthy. When you came in back door, tons of cigarette butt. No ashtray or anything for people to place their cigarette bitts. Weeds galore at back door x tv did not work. The front desk person offered us another room which had the worst mattresses. You could hear our neighbour every time he moved on his mattress so I’m sure they could hear us. The shower curtain had so...

"There was a big fly in the room. Cloud could not take it out during the whole stay."

"The owner\hostess was rude and obsequious. She has a footwear issue…..and offered used slippers as an alternative. The physical plant was fine. This is not a hotel….it is her and her yapping dogs home. I don’t pay $300 for a lecture."

"Paul was very welcoming and accommodating, made us sandwich plates since the restaurant was not technically open that day. They have pet friendly facilities which is great. The grounds and trails to the shore were fun as well. We had spent 2 days on the go and we were able to actually unwind. Our unit had no tv and we did not miss it at all. 9/10 would recommend!"

"We stayed one night on June 18th, 2026 and were quite happy with the hotel overall. The two receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious with two queen beds; the bathroom was clean but the shower head was very difficult to adjust and we ended up with water on the floor (we cleaned it up!). The carpet, unfortunately, was not in good shape and had stains and ripples in it. Probably time to replace it. The breakfast was very good with bacon, omelettes, waffle maker, oatmeal...
