INTERIORS: Basement level with a ceiling height of 2.5 m, accessed by descending 8 steps: living room with a fireplace and wood-burning oven, plus a kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 spacious hallway with two double sofa beds and 1 bed, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers. All windows are tall.
The owner lives in the other apartment on the first floor.

THE MAIN POOL IS HEATED EXCLUSIVELY BY SOLAR THERMAL PANELS.
THE SECOND BATHROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS WITH AT LEAST 5 GUESTS.
