Beautiful independent villa with pool, strategically located halfway between Florence and Siena. The property has been furnished with exceptional taste and attention to detail. Outside there is a large, well-tended garden with a beautiful pool with panoramic views.

The villa, equipped with all comforts, is composed of a main house and guest house, sleeping a total of up to 12 people. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, from which the owners produce wine and olive oil (guests will be offered a tasting in the estate's cellars).

The house's central location is convenient for visiting Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the entire Chianti area with its characteristic villages (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc.).
Access to the house is via an unpaved road in good condition.

At guests disposal: large, well-tended garden with round pool reserved for guests' exclusive use (about 16 x 11 m- minimum depth 50 cm- maximum depth 1,4 m- open from 01/04 to 30/10), outdoor shower (hot water), changing room and wc in the pool area, barbecue, gazebo and wood-burning oven. The villa offers WI-FI internet connection (free of charge). All of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
