"Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, das Hotel ist eine 11 von 10. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man wird von jedem gegrüßt, alle sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Beim Frühstück hatte man eine sehr große Auswahl, im Restaurant a la carte war das Essen auch sehr lecker. Wellness und Sauna Bereich waren sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Im SPA gab es sehr viele Anwendungen zur Auswahl, die Massage war sehr gut und hat sehr zur Entspannung beigetragen....

"Hotelli rauhallisella paikalla ja hyvällä ravintolalla. Koskesta ei meille tullut mitään ääniä huoneeseen. Autoille löytyy parkkipaikka läheltä. Aamiainen on hyvä, aamiaistila on vain aika pieni. Paikalliset käyvät myös ravintolassa ja terassilla, vaikka hotelli on hiukan kauempana keskustasta. Viivyttiin kaksi yötä ja olimme tyytyväisiä."

"Große Auswahl beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat einen tollen Charm. Das Schwimmbad war Klasse, nicht nur für Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Nice hotel in a beautiful area, professional and friendly staff. Bikers friendly - service and cleaning place, secured storage for bikes. I would recommend bike trails Singltrek pod Smrkem that is right behind the hotel. After riding you can enjoy outdoor whirpool."

"We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food...
