Platinum Adults
We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food.

Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA
Beautiful view from the room. A lot of attractions for kids. It was one night stay but will come back one day for 👍

Apartamenty Silva
Wir hatten 2 Hotelzimmer gebucht vom 13.12 bis zum 14.12. Vor Ort war dann aber eine Gesellschaft drin und man sagte uns es liege keine Reservierung von Expedia vor. Laut Expedia hat bis heute auch niemand von dem Hotel auf die Mails von Expedia reagiert.

Cristal Resort
We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent ...
