The Space: Upstairs, you'll find three modern bedrooms. The main bedroom can be set up with either a king bed or two single beds, providing flexibility for your sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the third bedroom offers a cosy single bed. There is also a bathroom upstairs, complete with a shower, WC, and toilet for your convenience.
Downstairs, you'll find a welcoming lounge area as you enter through the front door. The lounge features a double sofa bed and a TV with WiFi access, where you can unwind after a day of exploring. Continuing on, you'll enter the open plan dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The dining room offers a 6-seater bench, providing ample space for all guests to enjoy meals together. From the dining room, double doors lead to our large garden, bathing the space in natural light.
The kitchen has all modern amenities and appliances; including a double oven & dishwasher – to take the stress away from you after a busy evening.
Culinary Supplies: As a self service accommodation, we do not supply culinary items such as cooking ingredients, seasoning and sauces. We encourage you to bring or purchase the items you need for your meals.

Getting Around: Location location location!! Our family home is located in the desirable and extremely central neighbourhood of Lipson in Plymouth, Devon. With its convenient location, you'll have easy access to all the attractions and amenities this area has to offer. Whether you're interested in exploring the stunning coastline, visiting historical landmarks, or enjoying family-friendly attractions, you'll find it all within reach.
Other Things to Note: *Check-in is between 3pm-10pm. *Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10pm and 8am. *For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee. *Reservations with a duration of more than 2 weeks (14days) will require additional midstay cleans charged to the guest. *Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for their safety and linen is not provided for children's cots due to specific requirements to each individual, health and safety. *No parties, No Pets & No Smoking (throughout our entire space) * The cleaning fee in the reservation breakdown includes 20% VAT. *For reservations outside Airbnb, we would require a damage deposit of £150 which will be invoiced to guest prior to check-in. This will cover any extra costs like undisclosed extra guests, extra cleaning (deep cleaning) fee, and etc. This will be refunded in full after check-out if no extra charges incurred during your stay. * Please contact your hosts for more information.

Another Rental House run by a conglomerate of agents that send you thousands of words in messages, when all you need is the pin to get the key, and the location. They make you go to a different website and grill you with loads of other questions. Then they take 150, keep it themselves rather than in a deposit scheme, and hold it ransom over the trip to take at their discretion. Beds are uncomfortable, WIFI details on their check-in messages and posters are wrong. You need to check the router with its own password.
