The big lounge includes a large sofa, from which to unwind and relax after an exciting day in Plymouth. Choose to cook up some culinary delights in the extremely modern kitchen, or head out to the city and be spoilt for choice by restaurants within a few steps! The double bedroom is ensuite with a large bathroom and separate shower and up some small stairs (maybe unsuitable for the elderly) is the attic bedroom with two single very comfy beds and a z bed for a child if required.with bath and basin as well. The beds guarantee you a good night’s sleep. The refurbishment programme is nearly complete with all apartments now refurbished and the hallway due to be completed early December. The lift installation has commenced and will be completed mid February 2018 with a month's Xmas break and mainly involves work in the courtyard at the side of the house. The lift will go from the ground to the third floor.

Would absolutely give this property 5 stars if the lift was installed. I was well aware of the stairs, and viewed it as an opportunity to get in some exercise, but wouldn't want anyone to think climbing the stairs was for those with small children and luggage. The flat couldn't have been better- it was lovely and clean. It felt as if we were the first to stay there, although clearly we weren't. The locations is ideal, less than 10 minute walk to city center, Barbican, and situated close to many cafes on the Hoe. We will definitely be back!
