Park House is situated a stones throw away from the stunning Central Park in the heart of Plymouth. Perfect for large groups, including corporate/contractors to families and friends, the accommodation boasts over 140 square metres of living space and can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. The property includes four double bedrooms with twin beds a magnificent open plan kitchen/diner, which can seat up to 10 guests, a spacious living room with sofa bed, and a cosy, contemporary fireplace.
The Space:
Park House is a beautifully renovated 1920's property that includes four double bedrooms with twin beds in each room, a magnificent open plan kitchen/diner, which can seat up to 10 guests, and a beautifully spacious living room with sofa bed, ornate features and a cosy, contemporary fireplace. Guests also have the use of a modern downstairs WC with a wash hand basin and a contemporary four piece bathroom suite upstairs, which includes a walk-in shower and an interactive mirror with blue-tooth connection/speakers. The large kitchen is fully equiped with a double fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, double oven, induction hob and an esspresso coffee machine for that morning caffine fix. Free wifi and paid Netflix is also available throughout the house. Private entrances into the property from the front and rear offer private courtyards and parking is free on the street directly outside. All freshly laundered towels and linen are included.

Park House is situated in Peverell, with fantastic amentities on it's doorstep. Its close proximity to beautiful parks, excellent restaurants and pubs, shops, the coast and Dartmoor make it an excellent location for everyone to enjoy. To the rear of the property there is access to Thorne Park which is a lovely ornate, Victorian park, with amazing trees and a childrens play area. Additionally, 5 minutes walk down the road is the scenic Central Park. Here you will find amazing amenities including, outdoor tennis, bowls, pitch and put, football golf, a larger childrens play area with a cafe and seating area. Additionally, 5 minutes walk down the road is the scenic Central Park. Furthermore, it is the home of Plymouth Argyle or the Pilgrims as they are known in the city. The park is also home to the Plymouth Life Centre, where you can enjoy indoor climbing, swimming pool with a flume, indoor bowls, fully equipped gym, yoga, pilates, spinning and various other classes, badminton, squash and lots more. Park house is two minutes walk from your local co-op but if you are looking for a larger supermarket then Morrisons is a 5 minute drive away. Located just 3 minutes walk away is the bespoke Roam brewery where you can find locally brewed beer and ales as well as amazing freshly cooked sourdough pizza. Additionally, Hyde Park is a 5 minute walk from the property, here you will find a cafe, hairdressers, chemist, beauty parlour, a unique plant shop, an eco friendly shop, bakery and chinese takeaway. Just a 10 minute walk away is the lively Mutley Plain where you will find many pubs, bars, restuarants, express supermarkets and health and beauty retailers. Just a short walk from Mutley Plain is Plymouth City Centre, home to the largest centre for shopping in the South West, outside of Bristol. You will also find the Barcode which is a leisure and entertainment centre with a Cineworld, crazy golf and great family restaurants. Park house's central location will allow you to gain quick and easy access to everything that Plymouth has to offer.
Getting Around:
The neighbourhood has plenty of free on street parking. There is a bus stop approximately a 2 minutes walk from the property that can take you directly into the City Centre. Mutley Plain is a 10 minute walk from the house, here you will have access to numerous bus stops which enables you to travel to all areas of plymouth from rugged Dartmoor to the spectacular Hoe and historic Barbican.
Other Things to Note:
No outdoor shoes on carpeted areas within the property.
Up to two dogs are welcome but please clean up after them.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
Maximum occupancy is ten guests.
