"Very nice place to call our home base while exploring the area. We spent a considerable amount of time in Gibbon, Kearney and Grand Island. Very cozy and we loved the big farm dogs!! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. They only thing would be anybody sleeping in the living room (teenage son) heard the interstate noise most of the night."

"Worth it 110%. The crane viewing is phenomenal -- from the house you can see them on the river, wake up to them lifting off, watch them in the cornfields all day, watch then come back at sunset, and sleep to their sounds all night (if you want! windows are well sealed if you don't ;). we booked several sunrise/sunset tours at local places but honestly our favorite crane moments were from this house. aside from the cranes, the house itself is amazing--comfortable, clean, cozy fireplace, has...

"The property was great for our trip, if you're going to fish use hotdogs on the bottom for catfish. That's all we caught. We were also able to grill some steaks on the reqteq smoker on the very spacious patio. "

"Maggie was wonderful from ck in to ck out. And the home was clean, well equipped & exactly what we needed for our stay for state baseball. Perfect in every way. And it is close to Barista’s coffee—bonus!"
